This document describes the following 4630/4630SW Web Application Software
Development Kit (SDK) contents and provides URLs to access these documents and sample
code.
The following are the new features in 1.8 Release of the 4630 Software:
“Click to Dial” capability for Web Application
Larger Browser Window on Web Application
Enhanced local dialing lets you dial directly from Web App, Directory App, and Call
Logs without any modifications to the telephone number strings.
User Customizable Label on Feature Button
Phone Tab brings you to the Phone App Screen from the Web App
4630SW – New Wireless Headset Support
The 4630/4630SW SDK
contains the following:
LAN Administration Guide - this section discusses all the HTML tags that are
supported as well as how they are rendered on the phone:

Sample Home Screen and web application - the user has a choice to either use the
4630/4630SW web pages hosted on support.avaya.com site or to receive these
web pages in a zipped form. The URL for the hosted site is pre-configured in the
46xxsettings.txt script file. Directions to use the zipped document can be found in the
readme file.
