För små pooler och bubbelbad.

Manteln är tillverkad av plast och elpatronen av Incoloy 825, ett höglegerat stål med utmärkta egenskaper mot

aggressivt vatten.

Anslutningarna är av PVC, inv. lim Ø50.

Min. öde 90 l/min, max. öde 300 l/min. Spänning: 230V, 1-fas.

Röranslutningar

Värmaren kan anslutas direkt till pumpens sug- eller trycksida och kan med fördel skruvas direkt på pumpen.

Obs! Värmarens kopplingsdosa skall vara uppåt.

Installera nivåvakt på poolen, så att värmaren automatiskt slår ifrån vid låg vattennivå.

Max. tryck 1 bar.

Värmaren skall installeras ca 200 mm under normal vattennivå i poolen. Ventiler får ej installeras så att värmaren

helt kan stängas in.

Om ventiler erfordras, installera en backventil på retursidan av poolen.

Elinstallation

Värmaren levereras med överhettningsskydd max. 60°C och en ödesvakt.

Installera elvärmaren eltekniskt via poolens pump eller direkt från egen fas via kontaktor.

OBS! Värmaren skall vara förreglad över poolens pump. Den får ej kunna startas utan att vattnet cirkulerar i poolen.

Elvärmaren skall anslutas elektriskt med fas, 0 och jordledning.

Drift

1. Fyll vatten i poolen till rätt nivå.

2. Starta poolpumpen.

3. När systemet tömts på all luft startas värmaren.

Vattnet värms upp. Vid brist på vatten eller dålig cirkulation kan värmarens överhettningsskydd lösa ut. Undersök

orsaken till överhettningen. Efter att orsaken är klarlagd, lossa den röda plastmuttern och tryck in den röda knappen

på överhettningsskyddet.

Värmaren får ej användas i saltvatten eller i pooler med klormaskin/saltgenerator.

Installation instruction

Suitable for small pools and spas.

The heater body is made of plastic and the heating element is made of Incoloy 825, a high-alloy steel with excellent

characteristics against aggressive water.

Connections are of PVC, inside solvent socket Ø50mm.

Minimum ow is 90 l/min. and maximum ow 300 l/min. Power: 230V single phase.

Pipe connections

The heater may be connected to either the pressure or the suction side of the pool pump and can also be installed

directly onto the pump.

Important! The connection box on the heater must always point upwards.

A water level control must be installed in the pool so that the heater can be automatically disconnected at low water level.

Max pressure 1 bar.

Install the heater so that it is positioned 200 mm below the normal water level in the pool. Do not install gate valves in

the circuit so that the water ow to the heater can be interrupted.

If valves are required, install a check valve on the return side.

Electrical installation

The heater is supplied with an overheating protection to max. 60°C and a ow switch. Connect the heater so that it is

controlled over the supply to the pool pump or by a separate contactor, but whichever method is chosen the heater must

be controlled via the pool pump. It should not be possible to operate the heater if there is no water circulation.

The heater body should be connected to the earthing system of the pool.

Operation

1. Fill the pool to the correct level

2. Start the pool pump

3. When the system is completely empty of air, start the heater.

The water will now be heated. If at any time there is a lack of water or poor water circulation, the overheating protection

may operate. If this occurs, ascertain and rectify the reason for the occurance and then reset the circuit by undoing the

red nut and then pressing the red button on the heater.

The heater must not be used in salt water or in pools where a salt chlorinator is used:

Für kleine Schwimmbäder und Whirlpools.

Der Mantel des Heizers besteht aus Kunststoff und das Heizelement aus Incoloy 825, einem hochlegierten Stahl mit aus-

gezeichneten Eigenschaften gegen aggressives Wasser.

Anschlüsse aus PVC, inwendig Leim Ø50.

Mindestdurchussmenge 90 l/min. Maximale Durchussmenge 300 l/min. Spannung: 230 V, einphasig.

Rohranschlüsse

Der Heizer kann direkt an die Druck- oder an die Saugseite der Pumpe angeschlossen werden und auch direkt an der

Pumpe montiert werden.

Wichtig! Die Anschlussdose des Elektroheizers muss immer nach oben gerichtet sein.

Es sollte einen Niveauregeler im Pool installiert sein, so dass der Heizer bei niedrigem Wasserstand automatisch

abgeschaltet wird. Max. Druck 1 bar.

Installieren Sie den Heizer so, dass er 200 mm unter dem normalen Wasserstand des Pools angebracht ist.

Ventile dürfen nicht so montiert werden, dass der Heizer völlig abgesperrt werden kann. Sollten Ventile benötigt werden,

so installieren Sie eine Rückschlagklappe auf der Rücklaufseite.

Elektrische Anschlüsse

Der Heizer ist mit einem Überhitzungsschutz bis max. 60 °C sowie mit einem Durchusswächter ausgestattet.

Elektrotechnisch können Sie den Heizer entweder über die Poolpumpe oder direkt von einer eigenen Phase über einen

Schütz anschliessen.

Zu beachten! Der Heizer muss aber auf jeden Fall über die Pumpe verriegelt sein. Der Heizer sollte nicht betrieben werden

können, wenn kein Wasser im Kreislauf ist.

Der elektrische Anschluss des Heizers erfolgt über Phase, 0 und Erdleitung.

Betrieb

1. Füllen den Pool mit Wasser bis zum vorgegebenem Niveau.

2. Starten Sie die Poolpumpe.

3. Wenn das System völlig von Luft entleert ist, starten Sie den Heizer.

Das Wasser wird aufgeheizt. Bei Wassermangel oder schlechter Zirkulation des Wassers kann der Überhitzungsschutz

ausgelöst werden. Überprüfen Sie die Ursache der Überhitzung. Nachdem die Ursache geklärt ist, lösen Sie die rote Plastik-

mutter und drücken Sie den roten Knopf am Überhitzungsschutz.

Für den Einsatz in Salzwasser oder in Pools mit Chlormaschine / Salzgenerator ist dieser Elektroheizer nicht geeignet.
