V. INSTALLATION
ATTENTION!
The installation of the oven, its connection to the power supply system, and the very
first start of the oven in exploitation should be performed by authorized service
(qualified technician).
The installation is performed according to the requirements of the present instruction.
ATTENTION
Connection to the power supply system
The method of connection of the power cord is type Y, where the installation can be
made only by a trained service representative.
The electric power cable mustn’t be anywhere near the heating elements (parts).
Check the proper grounding and bonding of the contact by all means.
Use power H05 VV-F 3G 2,5 CE or equivalent to the appointed one by all means.
Before connecting the device to the source of energy, check if the voltage appointed on
the sticker corresponds to that of the electricity system. The sticker is at the rear of the
oven.
Follow the indicated on fig. 3 numbers for the outputs for power supply for the rear part
of the oven.
The electrical connection should be performed having in mind the power supply of the
installation and the phrases.
After the installation, all connections and insulation must be protected against random
contact.
The cable should be firmly attached to the antigron bracket.

VI.EXPLOITATION
Use of the oven
The oven is operated by two handles (buttons), which are located on the control panel.
Use the button to select the mode and switch on the oven (the button can be rotated in both
directions). Then, select the desired temperature using the other button. In case there is a
mechanical timer, its management is performed by a third handle (button).
Before you start cooking, preheat oven to 200-250C and then put in the dish for cooking.
Otherwise, condensation may appear on the glass.
You can choose which heaters of the oven to use (upper, lower, ring, both together, with
fan, upper grill-heater) by turning the key to the respective symbols:
You can choose temperature from 50 to 250 о С via the thermostat. The thermostat indicator
lamp turns on when the heaters work, and is turns off after the temperature has reached the
heat set by the thermostat.
ATTENTION!
1. During the first switch on of the oven, we recommend you to wipe it with a damp
cloth. Heat the empty oven for 30 min. at 2500 С. Thus the unpleasant smell from the
insulation will be removed and after that, the smell disappears. This is typical for all
makes of ovens. The smell is harmless but
9
In spite of that we recommend you to open the window of the room for some fresh air.
2. We also recommend that the oven should run empty for at least 30 minutes.
3.The oven is not working without a temperature set by the thermostat.
„Push-pull” keys
Some models of ovens use exactly this type of keys. To be able to operate with the key,
press it gently, then it will pop up forward and you will be able to choose the desired
function of the oven or the desired temperature. After you finish cooking, turn back the key
to a null position and by pressing it again turn it to its initial position,
Clock-timer
Some models ovens are equipped with a timer that allows programmed operation of the
oven. There is a separate instruction for operation with the timer, attached to the device.
ATTENTION!
After you finish cooking, turn all the keys to their initial position. First switch off the key
for temperature, then the key for managing the oven.
VII. REQUIREMENTS FOR SAFETY LABOUR
ATTENTION!
To have a pleasant and safety performance of the oven, please keep the following
instructions:
The oven must be installed and serviced only by an authorized technician. The
manufacturer is not responsible if during the repair works were used non-original spare
parts, and if the repair woks were not carried out by an authorized technician. This is
valid for devices in warranty and post-warranty.
The unit must be connected only to a working electrical system and the proper bonding
and grounding contact should be checked.
Turn off the device from the plug before you start repair works to avoid danger from
electricity.
Separate parts of the unit heat up during work and slowly cool down after work. Keep
the children away and warn them immediately.
Keep the children away from the oven!
If the lid of the oven is open, don’t allow the children to climb over it or get inside the
oven.
During cooking there is a possible steam emission from the oven. Provide conditions
against burning from the hot steam and its removal by an absorber.
Do not spray water on the windshield of the oven when it is hot!
10
Never cover the oven or place pans on the bottom of the oven. This prevents the air
circulation in the oven by slowing down the process of roasting and damages the
enamel.
Don’t use the oven to heat the rooms.
The storage of flammable materials and products in the oven is totally forbidden.
Do not cover the top and bottom openings of the oven because they serve for air
circulation and cooling down.
VIII. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before you start cleaning the device, you should obligatory switch it off from the
power supply.
Cleaning the oven
Before cleaning it should be absolutely cooled down
The oven and its accessories must be cleaned after each use; otherwise the stains might
get burned. Cleaning should be carried out with a special detergent then the same
should be thoroughly removed.
Do not use aggressive detergents, causing corrosion, which can lead to scratches.
The parts made of steel should be cleaned with a special detergent. Use a soft cloth and
apply a thin layer of the liquid on the cold surface of the oven, which is cooled down.
The galvanized and aluminium surfaces in case of contact with spray for oven may be
damaged or change its colour. The same applies to the probe (only for certain models)
and open electric heating resistors of the upper wall.
Do not use abrasive cleaners and materials
We recommend the following procedure fore regular cleaning after each cooking:
Turn on the bottom heater, place the thermostat on 50 ° C temperature. Pour 0.5 litres of
water into a baking tray and leave in the lowest position. After 30 minutes the food
remnants along the enamel body of the oven soften and can be removed easily with a soft
cloth.
Cleaning the body
Cleaning the sides of the oven, the control panel should be made with a liquid
detergent and a soft cloth.
The use of polish, wire brushes, solvents, acids, patrol and other organic solvents for
cleaning is absolutely forbidden, as it will damage the coating of the unit.
CATALYTIC COATING OF THE OVEN (only for some makes)
11
The catalytic enamel is soft and sensitive to friction and therefore you should
not use abrasive cleaners or sharp objects. Be very careful when installing and dismantling
the cover, to avoid damage to the surface.
The self-cleaning feature of the catalytic parts constantly decreases. We recommend you to
replace the panels after several years' use.
Small stains that remain after cooking disappear during the next cooking. As a rule, the
stains disappeared at 220 ˚ C, and at a lower temperature they only fade away. When the
catalytic coating becomes dirty, turn on low temperature, then turn of and clean with a soft
cloth and warm water to which you have added a few drops of liquid detergent.
When cooking large pieces of fatty meat, we suggest you to wrap them in aluminium foil or
place them in a baking bag, to prevent contamination of the oven with fat.
