1. Establish position of closures.

4.Mount closures and screws, made sure components (e.g. blocks to closure)

are parallel.

3. Choose fixings which are suitable for the base material.

The bearing surface for the hinges on the doorframe and

door must be sufficiently strong.

8. Obey all local rules and safety regulations!

Caution:

Wrongly mounted or positioned hinges can cause damage to the closing system.

Rahrbach closures are only to be used for industrial applications.

In order to avoid danger of injury,

the plant operator is responsible for replacing faulty closures immediately.

After initial mounting of the inside opener and during the function test,

a second person should remain outside the cold room in order to open the door

from the outside if necessary.

6. Mount accessories supplied, e.g. cover plugs.

7. Check for perfect function and seal.

3. Screw flange onto outer door side according to hole template.

Mount Turno outside handle with a simple turning and snap movement, without additional tools. Caution: Only mount Turno when open!

4. The adapter is fixed with 4 x M4 screws onto inner opener

(compensation for tolerance by means of compensation disc, see 11). 5. It may be necessary to use additional adapters (depending on door thickness!).

Please ask for more exact information.

The closure must be adjusted with spacer plates in such a way that the mounted

closure returns to its original position by means of spring force when closed.

11. Insert central screw M8 x 35 through the central opening. (Length of screw is dependent on door thickness).

The lock must be adjusted with the spacer plates in such a way that the lock when mounted returns to the locked condition automatically by spring force (see 4).

Finally, attach company logo.

12. Position closing cam and mount on the outer screw holes on the frame. Check closing, adjust closing pressure if necessary by adjusting cam,

finally fix closing cam with the central screw.

14. Position plate and mount at outer screw holes. Check closing, adjust closing pressure if necessary by adjusting plate, finally fix plate with central screw.
