- Unplug the appliance from the mains power, open the door and to avoid the risk of burning your-
self, remove the grill (C) or the drip pan (D) with special oven gloves for the grill or the special fork
(A), provided, for the pan (Fig. 2).
IMPORTANT:
Place foods at a minimum distance of 2 cm from the top heating element.
Watch over the recipe while it is cooking.
COOKING WITH ROTISSERIE
- Slip one of the forks onto the rotisserie (E) (two tines facing inwards) and screw it into place. Tie
the roast (meat, chicken, etc.) with string and slide it onto the fork take care to centre the meat
well, then slide in the second fork, also with the tip facing inwards. If necessary, unscrew the first
fork to centre the roast on the rotisserie and then lock the two forks in position.
- Remove the grill (C) from the oven and place the drip pan (D) on a level (F) lower than the position
of the rotisserie (E).
- Insert the pointed end of the rotisserie (E) into the hole in the right-hand side, fixing it to the motor
axle. Rest the opposite end of the rotisserie in the support on the left-hand side (Fig. 3).
- Plug the appliance into the power mains and use the function select dial (L), select the type of
cooking required:
top rotisserie cooking;
full power rotisserie cooking (top and bottom at the same time, with fan).
- Turn the thermostat dial (I) and set the required cooking temperature.
- Turn the dial (N) to set timer according to required cooking time. At this stage, the oven starts
cooking and the indicator light (M) switches on. When the oven is on, according to the type of cook-
ing selected, the fan starts up automatically. Hot ventilated air guarantees an even temperature
distribution and permits a uniform cooking on several levels without mixing up smells.
- The oven will stop automatically either when the set cooking time is up or when the dial (L) is
returned to “0”. In both cases, the indicator light (N) switches off.
- Unplug the appliance from the power means, open the door all the way and use the fork (B) to lift
the rotisserie out of the support side on the left and then lift out the other end of the motor axle
(Fig. 4).
IMPORTANT:
Watch over the recipe while it is cooking.
COOKING WITH TOP PLATES
- Plug in appliance and select cooking mode with top plates (
) by means of the function selection
dial (L).
- Select the required cooking plate by pressing the related starting button (O) to “I”, and then put food
to be cooked on it, placed into an appropriate pot. The button goes on to signal operating start.
- After cooking, re-position the related plate button (O) to “0” and disconnect the plug from the
socket.
