Operation



1. Placetheunitonaclean,levelandheatresistantsurface.

2. Beforefirstuse,removeallpackingmaterials/stickersfromthesurfaceoftheunit.

3. Removetheaccessoriese.g.fryingbasket&innerpanthenwashinwarmwater

anddry

thoroughlybeforeuse.

4. Thearrowmarkedoncookingpanmustalignthearrowmarkonfrontfaceplate.

5. PourfreshoilintotheinnerpanbetweenMaxandMinlevelasindicated.

6. Connecttheappliancetopowersupplyandtheredlightwi llturnon,indicates

thatmain

powerison.

7. SetThermostatandTimerKnobtorequiredvalue.Thegreenreadylightwillturnon;you

havetopreheattheoilinsidethedeepfryerforabout10‐15minutes.

8. Whenthedesiredtemperatureisreached,thegreenreadylightwillturnoff.

Placethefoodasdryaspossibleintothebasket.Donotoverfill.

10. PlacetheFr yingBasketwithfoodintotheRemovablePot.Closethelidgentlyuntilitclicks

intoplace.AlwayskeeptheCoverclosedduringfrying!

11. Frythefoodforasuitabletime,Seethe

COOKINGGUIDEforpropertemperatureselection.

12. Whenfryingisdone,gentlypressthelidreleasebutton.Takethefryingbasketwithcooked

foodusingthebaskethandle;draintheoilbyhangingupthebasketonupperpartofthe

innerpan.Youcantakethefoodafterminutesof

oildraining.


