Note:
Serial1 and Serial2 are configured by the Setup of the CPU module.
If the Serial port is used in RS485 mode, the bi-directional line must be controlled via software, using the
Data Terminal Ready (DTR) signal of the serial controller. This signal is defined by bit 0 of the UART Modem
Control Register (MCR) and the bi-directional line is controlled as follows:
Bit 0 of the MCR register = 0 means RS485 line receiving
Bit 0 of the MCR register = 1 means RS485 line transmitting
The I/O address of the MCR is the Serial port Base address +4h
The 120 Ohms termination resistor is absent.
M3 connector
The SIM card, used by the wireless devices, is externally accessible via M3, this is a double push-push
(Push to lock/Push to eject) SIM cardholder, only slot 1 is available.
Insert the SIM card 1 with the
metal contacts facing down.

Countries of Operation & Conditions of Usage
Combinations of power levels and antennas resulting in a radiated power level above 100 mW (EIRP)
are considered as non compliant with the directive 1999/5/EC and are not allowed for use within the
European Community and countries that have adopted the European R&TTE Directive 1999/5/EC or
the CEPT recommendation Rec. 70.03 or both. The system must be used with the described cable
and antenna.
Country code selector provides flexibility to change regulatory domains.
Inside the system there is the radio equipment model CM10-HI, produced by “Unex Corporation”
(having head offices located in Taiwan).
For usage of the radio equipment, please refer the documentation of Unex: www.unex.com.tw
.
This system has the hardware capabilities of a radio device. The European Member States
apply restrictions on the putting into service radio equipments as foreseen in Article 7(2) of
Directive 1999/5/EC and apply restrictions on the placing on the market as foreseen by
Article 9(5) of Directive 1999/5/EC.
The customer that complete this hardware with its software and produce the final radio equipment
must carry out all the formalities and the procedures that are required.
Note:
