Pitco Frialator P14

The Pitco Frialator P14 is a portable filter system designed to filter cooking oil from fryers. It has a 300 square inch filter area and can pump up to 5.6 gallons of oil per minute. The filter pan and pump enclosure are made of polished stainless steel, and all other surfaces are nickel plated. The unit comes with a 10-foot oil-proof supply cord, filter pan, filter catch basket, sample filter paper, sample filter powder packets, sediment clean out scoop, and a 7-inch drain nipple. The four swivel caster design allows for easy movement and storage, and the quick-disconnect hose connections make it easy to assemble and disassemble. The low profile allows for easy placement under the fryer drain, and the easy-to-remove filter media assembly makes it quick and easy to replace the filter paper. The lift-out filter pan makes it easy to clean.
