General Information

The unappealing job of draining,

transporting and disposing of spent

frying oil becomes much easier with

the Henny Penny ODS-100.

Just drain spent oil into fryer filter

pan, attach ODS-100 hose to fryer

filter rinse hose connection and

switch on fryer pump. Oil pumps

directly into 100 lb. capacity

reservoir. Easily transports on two

large 7 in. (178 mm) rear wheels.

One piece discharge pipe swings

out to either side for convenience. A

powerful manual pump is located at

the ideal height, so pump-out is fast

and easy.

Pump-out hose connects to

pressure fryers and open fryers.
