IMPORTANT: Be sure
that mounting hard-
ware maintains 1/2”
(12.7 mm) clearance
with all electrical parts.
Install handles onto
front panel and base.
Loosen u-bolts and install
axle/base mounting angles
on generator base. Center
axle and tighten u-bolts.
Remove paint from end of
axle and coat with grease.
Install wheels. Secure
wheels in place with retain-
ing rings.

Install axle shaft
through
holes in cart handle as-
sembly. Install wheels
and outside flat wash-
ers. Secure wheels in
place with retaining
rings. Install front pin
support onto generator
base. Coat bottom of
pin support with grease
and install cart handle
assembly onto pin sup-
port. Secure cart handle
assembly onto pin sup-
port by installing flat
washer and retaining
rings.

CAUTION: UNCONTROLLED TILTING OR TIPPING of unit can result in personal injury or equip-
ment damage.
• Use equipment of adequate capacity to lift the unit.
• If using lift forks to handle this unit, be sure the lift forks are long enough to extend out of the opposite
side of the base.
• Do not place any part of the body under the unit while it is suspended.
IMPORTANT: The running gear wheels and pin support (if applicable) require periodic greasing.
