DESCRIPTION:
ValueRAM's KVR266X72C25K8/4G is a kit of eight 64M x 72-bit (512MB) DDR266
CL2.5 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) ECC memory modules. Total kit capacity is 4GB
(4096MB). The components on each module include eighteen 32M x 8-bit (8M x 8-bit x 4
Bank) SDRAM in TSOP packages. Each 184-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers and
requires +2.5V. The electrical and mechanical specifications are as follows:
