01. Lay down the back cushion, fold the
back flap to reveal the zipper

02. Unzip the rear bottom of the back

03. Cut all the zip-ties

05. Disconnect the cord with the red jack

10. Notice the foam on the white box.
It’s 10cm x 10cm x 1cm (4” x 4” x ½”). A smaller piece
of foam will also work as long as it covers the box.

11. Cut another piece of foam:
15cm x 15cm x 2cm or 6” x 6” x 3/4”

13. Insert the new control box
into the back

need to lean outward as shown in the image.

15. The headrest motor connector should lean
outwards at all times and stapled as such

16. Use flat head wood screws to mount the control box,
then connect the air pump connector and heating pad
cord. Make sure the air pump pipes are not bent, then use
zip-ties to hold all the cables.
