Liko LiPants sling facilitate safe and secure standing- and
gait training for paents with poor balance and leg funcon,
giving them the condence to take new steps. It is essenal
that the paent is able to bear weight on their legs. LiPants
sling enable freedom of movement, while relieving some of
the burden of body weight. They li safely, allowing the paent
to move on his/her own without the risk of falling. During
training, the li is ready to take all the weight, so the paent
and caregiver can devote all their aenon to training without
having to worry about the consequences of a wrong step.
LiPants sling take most of the weight in the crotch, which
may be appropriate for paents who are sensive to pressure
around the upper body or under the arms.
A padded crotch relieves the pressure.
Several sizes
LiPants sling are available in a range of sizes to t dierent
heights and body measurements.
Choosing the right li
LiPants sling can be used with Liko’s overhead and mobile
lis.
With a overhead li, the paent can move freely within the
enre liing area, using a LikoGuard™ overhead li, Likorall™
overhead li or Mulrall™ overhead li. LiPants sling can also
be used with Liko’s mobile lis; ideally with Golvo™ mobile
li, Uno™ mobile li or Viking™ mobile li. During training
in LiPants sling, it may be an advantage for some paents if
some of the weight is relieved by the arms, for example via
the li’s armrests (Golvo mobile li, Viking mobile li) or with
a walking support (walker, canes).
Alternaves
As an alternave to Liko LiPants sling, we recommend Liko
MasterVest™, Mod. 60 or 64.
In this document, the person being lied is referred to as the “paent” and the person helping them is referred to as the
“caregiver”.

Liing and transferring a paent always involves a certain level of risk. Read the instrucons for use for both the paent
li and liing accessories before use. It is important to completely understand the contents of the instrucons for use.
The equipment should only be used by trained personnel. Ensure that the liing accessories are suitable for the li used.
