Installation location
Danger of damage and injury
due to the appliance tipping over!
This refrigeration appliance is very
heavy and can tip forward when the
door is open.
Keep the appliance door(s) closed
until the refrigeration appliance has
been built in. The refrigeration
appliance must be secured in its
building-in niche in accordance with
the operating and installation
instructions.
Fire hazard and risk of damage
from appliances that give off heat.
Appliances that give off heat can
catch fire and set fire to the
refrigeration appliance.
This refrigeration appliance must not
be installed underneath a cooktop.
Fire risk and danger of damage
from open flames!
Open flames can set fire to the
refrigeration appliance.
Keep open flames (such as a candle)
away from the refrigeration
appliance.
This appliance should be installed in a
dry, well-ventilated room.
When deciding on the installation site,
please bear in mind that your
refrigeration appliance will use more
energy if installed near to a heater, a
cooker or other appliance that gives off
heat. Avoid direct sunlight.
The higher the ambient temperature,
the longer the compressor runs and the
higher the energy consumption is.
Please note the following when
installing the appliance:
- The mains socket must not be
located directly behind the appliance
and should be easily accessible.
- The plug and mains connection cable
must not touch the rear of the
refrigeration appliance as they could
be damaged by vibrations from the
appliance.
- Other appliances must also not be
plugged into a socket located directly
behind this appliance.
- WARNING: When positioning the
appliance, ensure the mains
connection cable is not trapped or
damaged.
- WARNING: Do not locate multiple
portable socket-outlets or portable
power supplies at the rear of the
appliance.
- The floor at the installation site must
be horizontal and level and must be
as high as the surrounding floor.
