TV INTERFACE CAPABLE
WITH LodgeNet SERVICE
TV model is capable of interfacing with LodgeNet Video
On Demand (VOD) and/or Free-To-Guest (FTG) system
with purchase of suitable hardware, software and
installation.
HD CAPABLE
• Basic level of TV compatibility, can be made to work with
LodgeNet system as long as the appropriate terminal and
related accessories are purchased, as well as installation
services (which need to be performed correctly).
• Some TVs in this category may also require a slide-in
card or set-back box for Pro:Idiom®decryption capability
(these will be noted as such on www.lodgenet.com/tvs).
BENEFITS
• Compatible LG sets have the Multiple Protocol Interface
(MPI™) slot which interfaces with the LodgeNet
LMT7Z5 terminal card. This card allows the viewing
of high definition content protected programs.

• Still requires TV to be installed and configured properly
(LodgeNet Certified Installation services recommended).

• Less downtime for brand refreshes in existing rooms
(per reasons above).
• Lower cost TV upgrades for hotels mid-contract (if
new terminals are needed) since hardware is
cheaper due to large scale integration efforts
between LG and LodgeNet.
