Boot LOG Instruction
The UART outputs +PBREADY after the phonebook is available.
If the module is booted in automatic baudrate detection mode, enter AT 10 seconds after the module
is powered on. The module responds with OK if AT is initialized and outputs +PBREADY after the
phonebook is available.

Parameter
<IMSI>
a character string of 15 digits that starts with 3-bits of MCC and 2-bits of MNC.
It is used to authenticate the SIM card.
