Human Touch HT-Navita offers multiple massage options and high-tech features for a personalized massage experience.
The HT-Navita is equipped with a robotic massage system that delivers three distinct massage styles: Swedish, deep tissue, and shiatsu. The intensity of the massage can be adjusted to suit individual preferences.
In addition to the robotic massage, the HT-Navita features air massage technology that provides a gentle, soothing massage to the back, seat, arms, and calves. The air massage can be customized to target specific areas or provide a full-body massage.
The HT-Navita also includes a variety of other features to enhance the massage experience, including:
Getting Started
1) Verify that the chair has not been used for more than three consecutive cycles. If it has,
power off the chair for 30 minutes to allow the chair to cool down.
NOTE: If you run the chair continuously for more than three massage cycles, it may
shut down to protect the chair from overheating. This is a safety feature.
2) Power off the chair, wait a few seconds, then power it back on.
3) Verify that the power switch lights, which confirms that the chair is receiving power. If the
switch does not light, see Power for further instructions.
4) Select the issue that best describes the problem:
Remote Control
(error code 90)
1) Make sure the remote is
securely plugged into the chair.
2) Replace the remote.

massager slightly (this resets the
internal controls).

also send a remote.
Power
1) Check the power cord.
Make sure the power cord connection to the chair’s power panel on the rear of the
chair is secure and that the power cord is not damaged. If the cord is damaged,
replace it.
3) Check the wall outlet.
Plug a known working device into the outlet. If the device doesn’t work, the outlet is
likely defective. Plug the chair into a working outlet.
3) Replace the main PCB. IMPORTANT: This requires a software update; send the
appropriate software update kit with the PCB. If the serial number is below J3215, also
send a remote.
