Kickback

Kickback is usually caused by:

- unintentionally touching hard objects or

materials with the rotating saw blade;

- a blunt saw blade;

- a saw blade that is not properly mounted;

- sawing into a previous cut;

- a lack of attention to the operation;

- an instable stance.

on the rating plate.

As the colours of the wires in the mains cable of

the unit may not correspond to the coloured

markings identifying the terminals in the plug,

proceed as follows:

- The wire which is coloured blue must be

connected to the terminal which is marked with

the letter N or coloured black.

- The wire which is coloured brown must be

connected to the terminal which is marked with

theletterLorcolouredred.

forward. The smooth side of the saw blade

mustengageintheslotoftheguideroller(15).

Mounting and removing the parallel guide



The parallel guide is used for sawing along edges

at a maximum distance of 16 cm.

Mounting

position.

● Tightenthelockingbolts(8).

Removing

USE



● Toswitchonthemachine,presstheon/off

switch(1).

● Toswitchthemachinetocontinuousmode,

keeptheon/offswitch(1)pressedand

simultaneouslypressthelock-onbutton(2).

● Toswitchoffthemachine,releasetheon/off

switch(1).



The speed adjustment wheel is used for setting

the sawing speed. The speed adjustment wheel

can be set to 6 positions. The ideal sawing speed

dependsontheproleandtheteethofthesaw

blade and on the material to be worked.

Do not set the sawing speed during use.

● Turnthespeedadjustmentwheel(3)tothe

required position.

● Forhardmaterials,useasawbladewithne

teeth and select a lower speed.

● Forsoftmaterials,useasawbladewith

coarse teeth and select a higher speed.



Themitreangleisvariablebetween0°and45°.

The pendulum action switch is used to set the

way in which the teeth of the saw blade grip the

material. The pendulum action switch can be set

to 4 positions.
