Aqua2Go GD73 Operating instructions

  • Hello, I've reviewed the user manual for the aqua2go GD73 pump. This document details two methods for venting the pump when air is trapped in the membrane: one using a garden hose and the other using a compressor. I'm ready to assist you with any questions you may have about these processes or the device itself.
  • What do I do if there is air in the pump membrane?
How do I use the garden hose method?
How do I use the compressor method?
Venting Aqua2go GD73 pump
When there is air in the membrane of the pump that needs to come out you can try the follow 2 methods:
Garden hose on water inlet pump base:
- Connect the Aqua2go hose on the pump base so water will be asked on the pump outlet
- Turn the pump on (Don’t place the tank on the base)
- Hold a hose from a water tap on the water inlet of the pump base
- Turn the tap open so the water will push in the inlet with some pressure (Don’t be afraid to overflow the
pump base the water will not go inside).
- You will hear and see that the pump will start pumping the water. Now there is water inside the pump
membrane. Place the tank with water on top and now it should work.
Or try as follow with a compressor:
- Connect the Aqua2go hose on the pump base so water will be asked on the pump outlet
- Fill the tank 50% with water and screw the tank cap on
- Turn the pump on
- Press some air into the tank by placing the compressor on the valve of the tank cap
- You will hear and see that the pump will start pumping the water. Now there is water inside the pump
membrane.
