Servicer install an exact repla_ment part.

airflow for extended pedods of time.
2. Due to the _ssibil_ of oxygen deficiency, ventilate the room when us_

Drain Pipe
In humid weather, excess water may
_use _e Base Pan to overflow. To
drain _e water, ramove the Drain Cap
and secure the Drain Pipe to me rear
hole of the Base Pan.
Press the drain pipe into the ho!e by
pushing down and away from the fins
to avoid injury.
_is air _ndiUoner is equipped wi_ a
slinger fan. (See drawing, _low.)
me _n has an outer ring that runs in
the water that _lect_s in _e base pan
ff it ge_ deep. That _ndensate is then
pi_ed up by the fan and expe!led
through the _ndenser, making the air
_nditioner more emdent.
CAUTION: Be careful when inse_Ing the drain pipe. Push away _om
the sha_ fin area to avoid slipging injuring _ui_If,
Removal F'mm _ndow
Turn me air _ndRioner off, dis_nne_ me power _rd, rem_ _e L bracket, the
screws and Suppo_ Bracket instaUed _mugh the _p and _ttom of the guide
panels, and save _r reins_ilati_ later. Cite the guide panels. Keeping a firm grip
on _e air cond_ioner, _i_ the sash, and _refuliy Ult _e air conditior_r backward,
draining any _ndensate. L_ the air _ndi_oner from the window and remove the
sash seal from betw_n _e windows.
Be sure to drain ALL _ndensate _om the air condiUoner. If you don_, it _uid run
o_ while you _rry the unit, makir_ a mess and crewing a s!ipping haza_. This
simple step will!save _u much cleaning and make a safer wo_ e_ironment.
