Many large telecommunication companies announce discontinuation of analogue PSTN during the
next couple of years. Due to the decline in the use of tele modems and the subsequent decrease in
availability of components to build these products, Westermo have decided to phase out the TD-36
and TDW-33 product ranges.
These products, and other earlier PSTN modems, have been important for Westermo and our
customers for a very long time. We want to give our customers the best possible opportunity to
maintain their installations and prepare for new technology, therefore we are announcing a last order
date further in advance than usual.
Last order date is March 31, 2020
Last shipment date is June 30, 2020.
A finite number of products will be available for delivery, please note that once the stock is depleted no
more orders will be confirmed. Please confirm quantities with WNT inside sales department prior to
confirm quantities to customers.
The transfer to Limited takes place at the Last order date.
