Getting started
1. Before using the blender for the
rst time, washallpartsexceptfor
themotorbase(F).Thecarafe(A)can
also be washed in dishwasher.
Caution! The blades are very sharp!
Note! The blade assembly (E) is not
removable.
3. Close the lid (C) and insert the
measuringcup(D)inthellerhole
andlockintoposition.( Youcanuse
the measuring cup to add ingredients
while the blender is running. Close
thellerholeimmediatelyafter,to
avoidsplashing.)
Caution! Never run the blender
empty.
2. Place the blender carafe (A) with
the handle towards the front, onto
themotorbase(F)(Thecarafecan
onlybeplacedinoneposition).
Put the ingredients in the carafe.
(Do not exceed the maximum
level as indicated on the carafe.)
5. Processing hot liquids: We
recommendtoallowhotliquidstocool
down(max90°C)beforellingthe
carafe(A).Fillthecarafeonlyhalffull
and start processing on low speed.
The blender carafe can become very
warm – take care to protect your hands
andtoventilatesteamoutthroughthe
llerhole.
Always replace the lid (C) before use.
6. Start the blender: Plug the power
cord into mains socket. Press the
button,theLEDlightilluminate
andthedisplay(L)becomesvisible.
Pressthe1(Low),2(Medium)or3
(High)button,toselectthedesired
processing speed.
4. Keep hands and utensils out of the
blending carafe (A) while blending.
Afterprocessingheavyloads,letthe
appliancerestfor5minutesbefore
nextuse.
Energy saving mode: If the
appliance is left inactive or is not
operating for 3 minutes, it will
automatically switch o.

8. Boost Function: Press the
button
andholditdownforboosting,when
you need a short burst of power.
Smoothie Function: Press the
button once to get ice crushed and
the smoothie blended to the desired
consistencywiththespecicprogram.
Theblenderwillstopautomatically
when the preparation is ready.
1. Quick cleaning: Pour warm water
intothecarafe(A)(maximum1.5L),
addafewdropsofdetergent.Mix
water and detergent by pressing
the
buttononce.Finally,remove
the carafe and rinse it under running
water.
2. Thorough cleaning of the motor
base (F) and interface: Switch the
blender o and unplug the power
cord. Wipe the motor base with a
damp cloth.
Warning! Neverimmersethe
motorbase,plug,orcordinwateror
any other uid.
3. Thorough cleaning of the carafe (A):
Note! The blade assembly (E) is not
removable. Removethelid(C)and
measuringcup(D).Rinsethecarafe,
the lid and the measuring cup in
water and detergent before placing
them in the dishwasher for thorough
cleaning.
Caution! Handle carefully, the
blades are very sharp!

Troubleshooting

switch on.
Thecarafe(A)/base(F)arenotxedproperly. Check if all the components are in correct
position. Note! the carafe (A) can only be placed
on the base (F) with handle towards the user
interface.
The
button is not pressed. Make sure the buttonisilluminated.Ifnot,
press the
button to switch the blender on.
Themotorhasoverheated.Thedisplay(L)is
blinking.
Allowtheappliancetocooldownforatleast5
minutes and all the buttons will lit up again.
Theplugisnotproperlyconnectedtothemains
socket.
Check the connection of the plug to the outlet or
try another outlet.
Power outage. Waituntilpoweroutageisover.
Functional problem. Contactauthorizedservice.
