INSTALLAZIONE DELLA SCHEDA SIM E DELLA BATTERIA
La SIM contiene informazioni utili, compreso il vostro
numero di cellulare, il PIN (Personal Identification Number),
PIN2, PUK (PIN Unlocking Key), PUK2 (PIN2 Unlocking Key),
IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity), informazioni
di rete, dati dei contatti e messaggi.
1. Rimuovere la copertura del telefono e la batteria.
2. Se necessario, inserire la scheda micro SD inserendola
nell’apposito vano (scheda SD non fornita nella confezione).
3. Inserire la scheda SIM inserendola nell’apposito vano.
verificare il verso dell’inserimento sulla etichetta posta sotto
la batteria.
4. Inserire la batteria facendola scivolare nell’apposito
compartimento.
5. Installare la copertura del telefono.

PER INIZIARE
Nota:
Rimuovere la batteria prima di inserire una scheda SIM.
Fare attenzione quando si utilizza una scheda SIM ed
evitare di piegarla o danneggiarla.
Tenere il telefono cellulare e i suoi accessori, come le
schede SIM, al di fuori dalla portata dei bambini.
CARICARE LA BATTERIA
La batteria al litio in dotazione con il telefono cellulare è già
pronta all’uso.
Indicatore livello batteria:
• Normalmente l’energia residua della batteria è
indicata dalla icona del livello della batteria in alto a
destra dello schermo.
• Quando la carica della batteria è insuiciente, il
telefono informa che la “batteria è scarica”.
Uso della batteria
Le prestazioni di una batteria sono soggette a molteplici
fattori: la configurazione della rete telefonica, la potenza del
segnale, la temperatura , funzioni o impostazioni scelte, ecc.
La batteria è soggetta ad usura con tempo, nel caso sia
necessaria la sostituzione usare solo batterie suggerite dalla
casa madre.
Utilizzare il caricabatteria:
• Inserire la batteria nel telefono per caricarla.
• Collegare il caricabatteria tramite lo slot USB di
ricarica nel telefono. Assicurarsi che l’adattatore sia
completamente inserito; vedi immagini sotto
• Inserire la spina del caricatore ad una presa di
alimentazione appropriata.
• Durante la carica, le griglie di carica della
batteria nella icona relativa lampeggiano, fino al
raggiungimento della ricarica completa , quindi
smette di lampeggiare.
• E’ normale che la batteria si scaldi durante il periodo
di carica.

semplicità vi terrà vicino a tutti i vostri contatti.
Si prega di leggere attentamente il presente manuale in
modo da utilizzare il vostro telefono nella maniera migliore,
e di conservarlo per utilizzi futuri. il menu del telefono
potrebbe essere leggermente diverso da quanto descritto in
questa guida.

PROTEZIONE DEI DATI E DEL TELEFONO
Se il telefono è stato perso o rubato, informare l’operatore di
disattivare la scheda SIM presente nel telefono. Questo può
evitare extra costi relativi alle telefonate eettuate in maniera
non autorizzata. Si prega di attivare i seguenti accorgimenti
per proteggere il telefono da un uso non autorizzato:
• Impostare il codice PIN della SIM
• Impostare la password del telefono
NOTA SULL’UTILIZZO DELLA MEMORIA
La memoria interna del telefono (memoria Flash) è
unicamente dedicata alla gestione del dispositivo.
Per questa ragione, anche se presente una piccola
porzione, essa è libera e deve essere lasciata come si
trova in vista di eventuali aggiornamenti del soware,
pena la decadenza della garanzia.
Per memorizzare e quindi riprodurre file multimediali,
è pertanto necessario inserire una scheda Micro SD
nel dispositivo (scheda Micro SD non inclusa nella
confezione).
INFORMAZIONI RELATIVE ALLA SICUREZZA
ATTENZIONE: Si prega di prestare attenzione a queste
linee guida, poiché il costruttore non si assume alcuna
responsabilità se l’utente non segue le seguenti
raccomandazioni o utilizza il telefono in maniera
impropria.
Per poter utilizzare il telefono cellulare in modo sicuro ed
eiciente, si prega di leggere le seguenti avvertenze:
1. Fare attenzione nelle vicinanze di impianti chimici,
stazioni di benzina e altri potenziali esplosivi. Anche
in standby, il telefono emette segnali radio, pertanto
è consigliabile spegnere il telefono.
2. Quando si è alla guida, non utilizzare il telefono
cellulare. Se si deve usarlo, si prega di parcheggiare
l’auto prima di iniziare la conversazione .
3. Non utilizzare il telefono cellulare in ospedale,
per non interferire con il funzionamento di
apparecchiature mediche elettroniche. Prima
dell’utilizzo, verificare le regole relative all’area in cui
volete usare il telefono.
4. In aereo, spegnere il telefono cellulare prima che
l’aereo decolli in modo da non disturbare il volo. È
generalmente pericoloso e comunque illegale usare
il telefono cellulare a bordo di un aeromobile.
5. Posizionare il cellulare e tutti gli accessori in zone
non raggiungibili da bambini
INFORMAZIONI GENERALI SULLA SICUREZZA
6. Accessori e batteria: si prega di utilizzare gli accessori
e la batteria forniti con il telefono. In caso contrario,
il telefono potrebbe danneggiarsi e causare pericolo
ad altri. Si prega di non cortocircuitare, tagliare
o adattare la batteria. Se il telefono si scalda
eccessivamente, la batteria si scolora, si gonfia,
perde liquido o avvengono altri fenomeni insoliti è
necessario smettere di usare il telefono e cambiare
immediatamente la batteria, in modo da non
compromettere la sicurezza.
7. ATTENZIONE: batteria al litio. Pericolo di esplosione
se la batteria è sostituita con un’altra di tipo non
corretto.
8. Non ricaricare senza la batteria. Prima di togliere la
batteria, è consigliabile spegnere il telefono cellulare
in modo da non danneggiare i dati contenuti nel
telefono
9. Il telefono non è impermeabile. Si prega di tenerlo
asciutto .
10. Evitare di utilizzare il telefono cellulare a una
temperatura eccessiva oppure troppo bassa.
11. Non gettare, far cadere o colpire il telefono, in modo
da non causare danno alle parti interne o esterne del
dispositivo.
12. Servizio Autorizzato: il telefono può essere riparato
solo da professionisti. Si prega pertanto di non
disassemblare o riparare il telefono da soli.
Informazioni sulla certificazione SAR (Specific Absorption
Rate, tasso specifico di assorbimento)
Il dispositivo è conforme agli standard dell’Unione Europea
(UE) che limitano l’esposizione umana alle radiofrequenze
(RF) emesse da dispositivi di telecomunicazione e radio.
Questi standard impediscono la vendita di dispositivi
mobili che eccedano un livello di esposizione massimo
(denominato anche SAR) pari a 2,0 W/kg.
Durante il test, il livello SAR più elevato registrato per questo
modello è stato pari a 0,581 W/kg. Durante l’uso normale,
il livello SAR eettivo può risultare molto inferiore, poiché
il dispositivo è stato progettato per emettere solo l’energia
a radiofrequenza necessaria per trasmettere il segnale alla
stazione base più vicina. Attraverso l’emissione automatica
di energia a livelli inferiori laddove possibile, il dispositivo
riduce l’esposizione complessiva all’energia a radiofrequenza
dei soggetti.

AVVERTENZE
INFORMAZIONI AGLI UTENTI DI APPARECCHIA-
TURE DOMESTICHE
ai sensi del Decreto Legislativo N° 49 del
14 Marzo 2014 “Attuazione della Diretti-
va 2012/19/UE sui rifiuti di apparecchia-
ture elettriche ed elettroniche (RAEE)”.
Il simbolo del cassonetto barrato riportato
sull’apparecchiatura indica che il prodotto
alla fine della propria vita utile deve essere
raccolto separatamente dagli altri rifiuti. L’utente dovrà, pertanto,
conferire l’appa¬recchiatura integra dei componenti essenziali gi-
unta a fine vita agli idonei centri di raccolta dierenziata dei rifiuti
elettronici ed elettrotecnici, oppure riconsegnarla al rivenditore al
momento dell’acquisto di nuova apparecchiatura di tipo equiva-
lente, in ragione di uno a uno, oppure 1 a zero per le apparecchia-
ture aventi lato maggiore inferiore a 25 CM. L’adeguata raccolta
dierenziata per l’avvio successivo dell’apparecchiatura dimessa
al riciclaggio, al trattamento e allo smaltimento ambientale com-
patibile contribuisce ad evitare possibili eetti negativi sull’ambi-

EU e che non possono essere smal-
tite con i normali rifiuti domestici.

alla raccolta dierenziata delle batte-
rie: un corretto smaltimento permette
di evitare conseguenze negative per l’ambiente e la salute.
GARANZIA LEGALE E GARANZIA CONVENZIONALE
AGGIUNTIVA SUI PRODOTTI COMMERCIALIZZATI DA NORD-
MENDE IN ITALIA
La garanzia legale
I prodotti commercializzati da ALDINET Spa sono coperti
dalla garanzia di legge gratuita prevista a favore dei con-
sumatori , ossia degli acquirenti non professionali , agli arti-
coli dal 128 al 134 Codice del Consumo ( Decreto legislativo
06/09/2005 n. 206 ) .
La garanzia di legge ha una durata di n. 24 mesi a partire
dalla data di consegna al consumatore come sopra inteso
ed è fornita dal venditore, ossia dal soggetto che gli ha
fornito il prodotto , a cui il consumatore dovrà rivolgersi .
In virtù della garanzia di legge , il consumatore può chiedere
al venditore , a sua scelta , (1) di riparare il bene o (2) di sos-
tituirlo, senza spese in entrambi i casi , salvo che il rimedio
richiesto sia oggettivamente impossibile o eccessivamente
oneroso rispetto all'altro, così come regolamentato dall’Art.
130 comma 4 .
In alternativa , ove ricorra una delle seguenti situazioni , il
consumatore può richiedere, a sua scelta, (3) una congrua
riduzione del prezzo o (4) la risoluzione del contratto :
a) la riparazione e la sostituzione sono impossibili o ecces-
sivamente onerose;
b) il venditore non ha provveduto alla riparazione o alla
sostituzione del bene entro un termine congruo ;
c) la sostituzione o la riparazione precedentemente eettua-
ta ha arrecato notevoli inconvenienti al consumatore.

Garanzia Convenzionale aggiuntiva fornita in Italia da
ALDINET Spa
In aggiunta alla garanzia legale in capo al venditore
prevista a favore dei consumatori, ossia degli acquirenti
non professionali, agli articoli dal 128 al 134 Codice del
Consumo ( Decreto legislativo 06/09/2005 n. 206 ) , i cui
diritti riconosciuti ai consumatori rimangono comunque
fermi ed impregiudicati , ALDINET Spa , con sede in Viale C.

poi ALDINET ) fornisce al consumatore
, sui telefoni da essa commercializzati in Italia , Repubblica
di San Marino e Città del Vaticano , una propria garanzia

La garanzia convenzionale consiste nella riparazione e/o
sostituzione gratuita - a scelta di ALDINET - dei telefoni e
correlative batterie ed accessori venduti assieme ai telefoni
risultanti non conformi nella fabbricazione o nei materiali
durante i seguenti periodi di tempo :
- per un periodo di 24 ( ventiquattro ) mesi decorrenti dalla
data di acquisto ( farà fede scontrino o fattura ) , quanto ai
telefoni ;
- per un periodo di 6 ( sei ) mesi decorrenti dalla data di
acquisto, come sopra determinata , quanto a batterie ed
accessori venduti assieme al telefono .
Esclusione dalla garanzia convenzionale :
La garanzia NON copre i difetti derivanti da :
1) Mancato rispetto delle istruzioni per l’uso corretto del
dispositivo
2) Collegamento a dispositivi non in dotazione e/o utilizzo
di batterie e/o accessori non originali .
3) Modifiche o riparazioni eettuata da persone non autoriz-
zate dal produttore.
4) Modifica, regolazione o alterazione di soware o hard-
ware eettuata da persone non autorizzate dal produttore.
5) Danni al telefono derivanti da maltempo (quali per
esempio fulmini), incendi, umidità, infiltrazione di liquidi o
alimenti, prodotti chimici, download di file, eventi acciden-
tali, ad alta tensione, corrosione, ossidazione.
Inoltre , come si è già detto , la garanzia convenzionale
non copre i telefoni e relative batterie / accessori che non
siano immessi nel mercato italiano, nella Repubblica di San
Marino o Città del Vaticano da ALDINET .

Convenzionale
Il Consumatore dovrà rivolgersi direttamente al servizio
di assistenza incaricato da ALDINET i cui riferimenti sono

contattare il servizio di assistenza tramite il rivenditore

GETTING STARTED
SIM CARD AND BATTERY INSTALLATION
A SIM card carries useful information, including your mobile
phone number, PIN (Personal Identification Number),PIN2,
PUK (PIN Unlocking Key), PUK2 (PIN2 Unlocking Key),
IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity), network
information, contacts data, and short messages data.
• Hold the End key for a while to power o the mobile
phone
• Push and remove the back cover above the battery
• Pull the le battery buckle outward and then li the
battery away.
• Insert the SIM card into the SIM card slot lightly with
the corner cutting of the card aligning to the notch
of the slot and the gold plate of the card facing
download, till the SIM card cannot be further pushed
in.
• With the metallic contacts of the battery facing the
metallic contacts in the battery slot, press the battery
down until it locks into place.

CHARGIN THE BATTERY
The lithium battery delivered with the mobile phone can be
put into use immediately aer being unpacked.
Battery level indication:
• Normally the remaining energy of the battery is
indicated by the battery level icon at the upper right
corner of the display screen.
• When the battery energy is insuicient, the mobile
phone prompts “Battery low”.
BATTERY USAGE
The performance of a battery is subject to multiple factors:
radio network configuration, signal strength, ambient
temperature, chosen functions or settings, phone fittings,
and the voice, data or other application mode you choose
to use.
Note: Aer powering o your mobile phone, wait for a
few seconds before removing or inserting A SIM card.
Exercise caution when operating A SIM card, as friction
or bending will damage the SIM card.
Properly keep the mobile phone and its fittings such as
the SIM cards beyond children’s reach.
Using a travel adapter:
• Install the battery into the mobile phone before
charging the battery.
• Connect the adapter of the travel charger with the
charging slot in the mobile phone. Ensure that the
adapter is fully inserted.
• Insert the plug of the travel charger to an appropriate
power outlet.
• During the charging, the battery level grids in the
battery icon keep flickering till the battery is fully
charged.
• It is normal that the battery becomes hot during the
charging period.
Note:
Ensure that the plug of the charger and the plug of the
USB cable are inserted in the right direction. Inserting
them in a wrong direction may cause charging failure or
other problems.
Before the charging, ensure that the standard voltage
and frequency of the local main supply match the rated
voltage and power of the travel charger.

Thank you for choosing FLIP100S, the easy phone that
with its simplicity will keep you near to all your contacts.
Please read this manual carefully in order to use your phone
as well as possible, and keep it for future use.
Note: Due to the soware and network systems of dierent
operators, the phone’s menu may be slightly dierent from
those described in this guide.

PHONE AND DATA PROTECTION
If your phone has been lost or stolen, notify the telecom
company that the SIM card must be disabled. This can avoid
economic loss caused by unauthorized use.
Please take measures as following to avoid your phone being
unauthorized use:
• Set PIN code of SIM card
• Set phone password
NOTE ON MEMORY CONFIGURATION
The phone internal memory (flash memory) is totally
dedicated to thc device management.
For this reason, the free memory must not be used as it
should be kept free for possible soware updates, or the
warranty will be lost.
To store and play multimedia files, it is therefore
necessary to insert a Micro SD card in the device ( Micro
SD card not included).
SAFETY INFORMATION
To use your phone safely, please read the following
instructions:
1. Pay attention near chemical plants, gas stations and
other potential explosive places. Also in the main
screen, the phone emits radio signals, so you should
turn o the phone.
2. When you are driving, do not use the phone. If you
must use it, please park your car before starting the
conversation.
3. Do not use the phone in the hospital, not to disrupt
the functioning of medical devices such as cardiac
pacemakers, hearing aids, etc. Before turning on the
phone, check the rules for the area in which you want
to use the device.
4. On a plane, turn o your mobile phone before the
plane takes o not to disturb the flight. It is generally
dangerous and illegal to use the phone on board of
an aircra.
5. Place the phone and all accessories in areas not
accessible to children.
GENERAL INFORMATION
6. Accessories and battery: please use the accessories
and battery supplied with the phone, otherwise the
phone may be damaged and cause danger to others.
Please do not shortcut, trim or repair the battery. If
the phone warms up excessively, the battery may
swell or leak; when you experience these unusual
phenomena, you must stop using the phone and
immediately change the battery, not to compromise
the device safety.
7. WARNING: Lithium battery. Risk of explosion if the
battery is replaced by an incorrect type.
8. Do not recharge the phone without the battery
installed. Before removing the battery, it is advisable
to switch your phone o not to damage the data on
your phone.
9. The phone is not waterproof. Please keep it dry.
10. Avoid using the phone at a too high or too low
temperature.
11. Do not throw, drop or hit the phone, not to cause
damage to the inside or outside of the device.
12. Authorized Service: The phone may only be
repaired by professionals. Therefore, please do not
disassemble or repair the phone by yourself.
SAR Certification information (Specific Absorption Rate)
The device is compliant to European Union (EU) standards
that limit human exposure to radio frequency (RF) energy
emitted by radio and telecommunications equipment. These
standards prohibit the sale of mobile devices that exceed a
maximum exposure level (known as SAR) of 2.0 W/kg.
During testing, the maximum SAR recorded for this model
was equal to 0,581 W / kg. During normal use, the actual SAR
level can be much lower, as the device has been designed to
emit only the RF energy necessary to transmit a signal to the
nearest base station. By automatically emitting lower levels
when possible, your device reduces your overall exposure to
RF energy.

The legal guarantee
The products marketed by Aldinet Spa are covered by free
legal guarantee provided in favor of consumers, ie non-pro-
fessional buyers, Articles 128-134 of the Consumer Code
(Legislative Decree 06/09/2005 n. 206).
The statutory warranty has a duration of no. 24 months
from the date of delivery to the consumer as above is
understood and is mentioned by the seller, or by the person
who supplied him with the product, that consumers should
seek your own.
By virtue of the legal warranty, the consumer may require
the seller, at its option, (1) to repair the goods or (2) to
replace it at no charge in both cases, unless the remedy

WARRANTY
The additional conventional warranty provided in Italy
by ALDINET Spa
In addition to the legal guarantee in the hands of the
seller intended for consumers, or non-professional buyers,
Articles 128-134 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree
06/09/2005 n. 206), whose recognized rights to consumers
remain still firm and prejudice, Aldinet Spa, located in Viale
C. Colombo 8-20090 TREZZANO SUL NAVIGLIO (MI) (d 'now
on Aldinet) provide the consumer, on the phones it distribu-
tes in Italy, Republic of San Marino and City Vatican, its own
standard warranty as defined below:
Scope and duration of the standard warranty:
The standard warranty covers
"All phone models marketed by Aldinet, including correlative
batteries and accessories"
The standard warranty covers repair and / or replacement
free of charge - a choice of Aldinet - phones and correlative
batteries and accessories sold together with the resulting
non-compliant phones in the manufacturing or material
during the following time periods:
- For a period of twenty four (24) months from the date of
purchase (receipt or invoice shall prevail), how to telepho-
nes;
- For a period of 6 (six) months from the date of purchase,
so calculated as to batteries and accessories sold with the
phone.
Exclusion from the standard warranty:
The warranty does NOT cover defects resulting from:
1) Failure to comply with the instructions for proper use of
the device
2) Connection to any equipment not supplied and / or use
of batteries and / or non-original accessories.
3) Modification or repair performed by individuals not
authorized by the manufacturer.
4) Modification, adjustment or alteration of soware or
hardware performed by individuals not authorized by the
manufacturer.
5) Damage to the phone caused by bad weather (such as
eg lightning), fire, humidity, infiltration of liquids or foods,
chemical products, download of files, accidental events,
high voltage, corrosion, oxidation.
In addition, as already mentioned, the standard warranty
does not cover the phones and their batteries / accessories
that are not placed in the Italian market, in the Republic of
San Marino and the Vatican City from Aldinet.

INSTALLATION DE LA CARTE SIM ET DE LA BATTERIE
La SIM contient des informations utiles, y compris votre
numéro de portable, PIN (Personal Identification Number),
PIN2, PUK (PIN Unlocking Key), PUK2, (PIN2 Unlocking
Key), IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity), des
informations de réseau, des données des contacts et des
messages.
• Retirer le couvercle postérieur au-dessus de la
batterie et retirer la batterie.
• Enfiler la SIM dans son logement, en alignant l’angle
de la carte avec la partie oblique du compartiment et
la partie dorée de la carte orientée vers le bas.
• Avec les contacts métalliques de la batterie alignés
avec ceux du logement, pousser la batterie vers le
bas jusqu’à ce qu’elle se mette bien en place.

CHARGER LA BATTERIE
La batterie au lithium fournie avec le téléphone portable est
prête l’usage.
Indicateur de niveau de la batterie:
• Normalement l’énergie restante de la batterie est
indiquée par l’icône du niveau de la batterie en haut
et à droite de l’écran.
• Lorsque la charge de la batterie est insuisante, le
téléphone signale que “la batterie est déchargée”.
Utilisation de la batterie
Les performances d’une batterie dépendent de multiples
facteurs: la configuration du réseau téléphonique, la
puissance du signal, la température, les fonctions ou
configurations choisies, etc..
La batterie s’use avec le temps, si elle doit être remplacée
n’utiliser que les batteries conseillées par la maison-mère.
Utiliser le chargeur de batterie:
• Introduire la batterie dans le téléphone pour la
charger.
• Connecter le chargeur de batterie sur le port USB de
recharge du téléphone. Vérifier si l’adaptateur est
bien placé.
• Enfiler la fiche du chargeur sur une prise
d’alimentation appropriée.
• Pendant la charge, les grilles de charge de la batterie
dans l’icône relative clignotent, tant que la charge
n’est pas complète, puis le clignotement cesse.
Remarque:
vérifier si la fiche du chargeur de batterie et celle
du câble USB sont enfilées dans le bon sens.
En les enfilant dans le mauvais sens on risque
d’endommager le téléphone ou de créer d’autres
problèmes de charge.

votre téléphone correctement et le ranger pour le consulter
par la suite. Le menu du téléphone pourrait être légèrement

PROTECTION DES DONNEES ET DU TELEPHONE
Si le téléphone est perdu ou volé, informez l’opérateur pour
qu’il désactive la carte SIM qui se trouve dans le téléphone.
Cela peut éviter les frais supplémentaires occasionnés par
les appels passés de façon non autorisée. Veuillez activer
les mesures suivantes pour protéger le téléphone contre un
usage non autorisé:
• Configurez le code PIN de la SIM
• Configurez le mot de passe du téléphone
REMARQUE SUR L’UTILISATION DE LA MEMOIRE
La mémoire interne du téléphone (mémoire flash)
est uniquement dédiée à la gestion du dispositif.
C’est pourquoi, même si une petite portion de
cette mémoire est libre elle doit le rester en vue
d’éventuelles mises à jour du logiciel, sous peine de
déchéance de la garantie.
Pour mémoriser et donc reproduire des fichiers
multimédia vous devez donc introduire une carte
Micro SD dans le dispositif (carte Micro SD non
fournie dans l’emballage).
INFORMATIONS SUR LA SECURITE
ATTENTION: Veuillez suivre attentivement ces lignes
directrices, car le fabricant décline toute responsabilité

Pour utiliser le téléphone portable de façon sûre et eicace,

Même en attente, le téléphone émet des signaux

6. Accessoires et batterie: veuillez utiliser les accessoires
et la batterie fournis avec le téléphone. En cas
contraire, le téléphone pourrait s’endommager
et mettre des tiers an danger. Veuillez ne pas
court-circuiter, couper ou adapter la batterie. si le
téléphone chaue trop, la batterie se décolore, se
gonfle, perd du liquide ou si d’autres phénomènes
insolites se présentent, cessez d’utiliser le téléphone
et changez immédiatement la batterie, de façon à ne
pas compromettre la sécurité.
7. ATTENTION: batterie au lithium. Danger d’explosion
si la batterie est remplacée par une autre de type non
correct.
8. Ne rechargez pas sans la batterie. Avant de retirer
la batterie, nous vous conseillons d’éteindre le
téléphone portable de façon à ne pas endommager
les données contenues dans le téléphone.
9. Le téléphone n’est pas imperméable. Veuillez le
maintenir sec.
10. Evitez d’utiliser le téléphone portable à une
température trop élevée ou trop basse.
11. Ne jetez pas, ne faites pas tomber et ne frappez pas
le téléphone, de façon à ne pas endommager les
parties internes ou externes du dispositif.
12. Service d’assistance autorisé: le téléphone ne peut
être réparé que par des professionnels. Veuillez donc
ne pas démonter ou réparer le téléphone vous-
même.

Le dispositif est conforme aux normes de l’Union européenne
(UE) qui limitent l’exposition humaine aux radiofréquences
(RF) émises par des dispositifs de télécommunication et
radio. Ces normes interdisent la vente de dispositifs mobiles
qui dépassent un niveau d’exposition humaine maximum

temps d’écoute à des volumes élevés.

mars 2014 “Application de la Directive
2012/19/UE sur les déchets d’équipe-
ments électriques et électroniques (DEEE)”
Le symbole de la poubelle barrée que
porte l’appareil indique que le pro-
duit en fin de vie utile doit être col-
lecté séparément des autres déchets.
L’utilisateur devra donc confier l’appareil en fin de vie avec
tous ces composants essentiels à un centre de collecte sélec-
tive des déchets électroniques et électrotechniques ou le re-
tourner au vendeur lors de l’achat d’un nouvel appareil de type
équivalent, avec un rapport de un à un ou de 1 à 0 pour les
appareils ayant la plus grande dimension inférieure à 25 cm.
La collecte sélective en vue de diriger l’appareil en fin
de vie vers le recyclage, le traitement et l’élimination en-
vironnementale compatible contribue à éviter le ris-
que des eets négatifs sur l’environnement et la santé
et favorise le recyclage des matériaux dont est formé
l’appareil. L’élimination illégale du produit par l’utilisateur
comporte l’application des sanctions administratives visées par
le Décret législatif n°49 du 14 mars 2014.

avec les déchets ménagers ordinaires.

La garantie légale
Les produits commercialisés par ALDINET Spa sont couverts
par la garantie légale gratuite prévue en faveur des consom-
mateurs, c’est-à-dire des acheteurs non professionnels, par
les articles 128 et 134 du code de la consommation (Décret
législatif 06/09/2005 n°206).
La garantie légale a une durée de 24 mois à compter de
la date de livraison au consommateur, au sens indiqué
plus haut, et elle est fournie gratuitement par le vendeur
, c’est-à-dire par le sujet qui lui a fourni le produit, auquel
le consommateur devra s’adresser. En vertu de la garantie
légale, le consommateur peut demander au vendeur, à
son gré, (1) de réparer l’article ou (2) de le remplacer, sans
frais dans les deux cas, moins que le remède demandé soit
objectivement impossible ou trop onéreux par rapport à
l’autre, comme le prescrit l’article 130 alinéa 4.
Ou alors , si l’une des situations suivantes se présente, le
consommateur peut demander, à son gré, (3) une réduction
congrue du prix ou (4) la résiliation du contrat:

La garantie conventionnelle consiste à réparer et/ou rem-
placer gratuitement - au gréé d’ALDINET - des téléphones et
leurs batteries et accessoires vendus avec les téléphones ré-
sultant non conformes dans la fabrication ou les matériaux
pendant les périodes suivantes:
- pendant une période de 24 (vingt-quatre) mois à compter
de la date d’achat (le ticket de caisse ou la facture fera foi),
pour les téléphones:

Exclusion de la garantie conventionnelle:
La garantie NE couvre PAS les défauts dérivant de:
1) Non respect des instructions d’utilisation correcte du
dispositif
2) Connexion sur des dispositifs non fournis et/ou utilisation
de batteries et/ou accessoires non originaux
3) Modifications ou réparations faites par des personnes
non autorisées par le fabricant
4) Modification, réglage ou altération de logiciel ou appareil
faites par des personnes non autorisées par le fabricant
5) Dommages au téléphone causés par le mauvais temps
(par ex. la foudre), des incendies, l’humidité, l’infiltration de
liquides ou d’aliments, produits chimiques, télédécharge-
ment de fichiers, évènements accidentels, haute tension,
corrosion, oxydation.
En outre, comme nous l’avons dit, la garantie conven-
tionnelle ne couvre pas les téléphones et leurs batteries/
accessoires non mis en vente sur le marché italien, dans la
République de Saint Marin ou a Cité du Vatican par ALDINET.

conventionnelle.
Le consommateur devra s’adresser directement au Service
d’assistance chargé par ALDINET dont les coordonnées
se trouvent à l’adresse suivante : http://www.nord-
mende-phones.it. Ou bien le consommateur pourra con-
tacter le Service d’assistance à travers le revendeur auquel il
a acheté le téléphone.
Disponibilité de ces conditions de Garantie
Conventionnelle. Ces conditions de Garantie convention-
nelle sont publiées sur le site Internet à l’adresse suivante
http://www.nordmende-phones.it/ en accédant à l’aire AS-
SISTANCE PARTICULIERS et peuvent en être télédéchargées.
Remarque:
Retirer la batterie avant d’introduire une carte SIM.
Utiliser la carte SIM en veillant à éviter
de la plier ou de l’endommager.
Ranger le téléphone portable et ses accessoires, ainsi
que les cartes SIM, hors de portée des enfants.
Note: assicurarsi che la spina del caricabatteria
e quella del cavo USB siano inseriti nella giusta
direzione. L’inserimento in una direzione sbagliata
può causare danni al telefono o altri problemi di
ricarica.
Prima della carica, verificare che la tensione e la
frequenza della rete elettrica locale corrispondano
alla tensione nominale e alla frequenza del
caricabatteria in dotazione.
