Thanks to its technology, design and operation and the fact that it exceeds

Read these instructions carefully before switching on the appliance and
keep them for future reference. Failure to follow and observe these instruc-
tions may result in an accident.
- Clean all the parts of the product that will be in contact with food, as
indicated in the cleaning section, before use.

Instructions for use
Before use:
- Remove the appliance’s protective lm.
- Before using the product for the rst time, clean the parts that will come
into contact with food in the manner described in the cleaning section.
Use:
- Unroll the cable completely before plugging it in.
- Connect the appliance to the mains.
- The red ON pilot light will come on. This pilot light remains lit while the
appliance is connected to the mains.
- The blue heating pilot light will come on when the correct temperature has
been reached.
- While the appliance is heating up, prepare the mixture according to the
recipes which appear at the end of this manual.
- Open the appliance.
- Place the mixture in the hollow spaces and until they are completely full.
- Close the appliance by lowering the top plate onto the bottom one.
- During use the pilot blue light will automatically ash on and off, thus

indicating that the heating elements are operating in order to maintain the
desired temperature.
- After 4 to 5 minutes, depending on the recipe being used, lift the top plate
and insert a toothpick into the dough to nd out whether it is ready. Remove
them from the appliance with the help of a wooden spatula or other similar,
heat-resistant utensils. Do not use utensils which may damage the non-slip
coating for this purpose.
Once you have nished using the appliance:
- Unplug the appliance to the mains.
- Clean the appliance

Cleaning
- Disconnect the appliance from the mains and let it cool before undertaking

Basic doughnut recipe
50g of melted butter
3 eggs
150g of sugar
200ml of milk
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon Liquid vanilla extract
300g of baking our
1 packet of baking powder (11g)
Sunower oil
Mix eggs, sugar and milk
Mix with the vanilla extract and pinch of salt
Add the our and baking powder
Grease the hollow spaces in the doughnut maker using a brush and a small
amount of sunower oil
Fill up with small spoons of batter. Leave to cook for 4-6 minutes. Continue
process until batter is nished.
Leave to cool on a grill. Sprinkle icing sugar on top and serve.
Chocolate glaze
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (118 g) of unsalted butter
1/4 cup (59 ml) of full cream milk
1 spoonful of corn syrup
2 spoonfuls of vanilla
113 g of crushed bitter chocolate
2 cups (312 g) of glass sugar, sieved
How to glaze chocolate doughnuts:
Mix the butter, milk, corn syrup and vanilla in a medium-sized pan and
warm at a medium heat until the butter melts. Reduce to a low heat, add the
chocolate and beat until it melts. Turn off the heat, add the powdered sugar
and beat until it is smooth. Place the mix on a recipient with warm water
and immediately submerge the doughnuts. Put them onto a refrigeration
grille and allow the glaze to harden for 30 minutes before serving.
