Thank you for purchasing this Antiference HDMI over CAT extender product.
Please read the following instructions carefully and retain this manual for future
reference.
Important Safety Notice
Please read the below safety instructions carefully before installation and
operation:
1. Do not mix up the transmitter unit (TX) and the receiver unit (RX), IR
blaster extension cable and IR receiver extention cable before installation.
2. Do not hot plug when the device is in working mode.
3. Use only the 5V DV PSU supplied. The warranty may be void if 3rd party
power supplies are used with this device.
4. This HDMI Extender supports POE (power over Ethernet) so the receiver is
powered from the transmitter so ensure the power supply to the transmitter
only. Please note that this HDMI extender may not be used with an Ethernet
switch.
Introduction
This Antiference HDMIE55 extends HDMI signal between transmitter and
receiver over CAT6 cable. It supports 1080p@60Hz video signals up to 55m
including embedded multi-channel audio and HDCP1.4.
The built-in EDID management makes this product compatible with most TV sets/
displays and source devices.
The advanced power design (PoC) means only the transmitter requires power so
only a single power supply unit is supplied. In addition, the HDMIE55 supports
bi-directional IR control enabling control of the source from the remote location or
control of a TV or device from the source location.

Panel Description
Transmitter (TX)
1) CAT OUT: RJ45 connector with green & yellow indicators. Connect to receiver
over CAT6 cable.
The green indicator lights up when powered on.
The yellow indicator lights up when transmitter and receiver are linked
sucessfully.
2) IR IN: Connect the IR receiver.
3) IR OUT: Connect the IR transmitter to enable control of the source
4) DC 5V: Micro USB, connect the power supply adaptor.
5) HDMI IN: Connect to HDMI source.
6) HDMI OUT: HDMI loop output, connect to a local display.
7) RESET: Reboot.
Receiver (RX)
1) CAT IN: RJ45 connector with green & yellow indicators. Connect to transmitter
over CAT6 cable.
2) IR IN: Connect the IR receiver to enable control of the source.
3) IR OUT: Connect the IR transmitter.
4) HDMI OUT: Connect to HD display.
5) EQ SETTING: For shorter cable runs, the EQ setting may be required. Press
the EQ button 3 to 6 times to optimize for the cable length used. Continue
stepping through the settings until the image is stable.
