These instructions for the use and maintenance are for the following model of machine:

EQUIPPED WITH AND SPECIAL TOOLS :
The standard equipment of the Cutter ROBOT is composed by following tools:
• 1 complete hub with smooth blades
• 1 copy of instruction manual for use and maintenance
• 1 certificate of warranty
• 1 wood shovel to remove the food from the bowl
• 1 stone to sharpen the blades
On demand, it is possible to get hubs with toothed blades suitable to mince chocolate, dryed fruit, etc, or pierced blades
suitable to whip and/or mix sauces, mayonnaise, etc.
SECURITY DEVICE
This machine, as all our products, has been planned and manufactured in order to offer the best security during working
with easiness in use and high reliability.
All security devices have been integrated into the structure of the machine in order to grant an higher level of reliability
and inviolability.
The machine is equipped with security micro-switch which blocks its operation when the cover and/or the bowl are not
correctly placed or totally absent.
This tool is put as protection of user’s hands, in order to avoid the risk of reaching the parts in movement even voluntarily.
SECURITY WARNING
The hereunder indicated warnings deserve your complete attention.
The only warnings don’t stop the danger. The instructions or the warnings don’t want to replace the security laws
anti-accidents, but improve them and stimulate their observing.
The protections which we apply don’t avoid completely the risk of cutting however it could reduce either the possibility and
the extent of damage. The protections and the securities have been done following strictly the laws.
THE NON-OBSERVANCE OF THE SECURITY WARNING OR THE INACCURATE USE OF THE MACHINE
MAY CAUSE THE RISK OF ACCIDENTS FOR YOU AND THE OTHERS.

This machine of modern conception has been created in order to offer high performances, and in the meantime best
security to the operator. Before switching on the machine, it’s important to read carefully following manual of instruction.
1. The connection and the installation of the machine should be made only by an expert and qualified fitter, who shall
verify first of all, with specific tools, the effectiveness of the earthing installation to which the machine will be installed,
and then testing the quality and do the connection to the power supply following the technical laws in the country of
installation.
2. The machine shall be used only by qualified persons, having the minimum age provided by the laws and a good
general expertise. Furthermore full respect of the security laws is necessary, and also all the caution in order to avoid
accidents and damages to people and/or things. The user shall never try, in any case, to repair the machine by himself,
or to replace any part of it, but he must call a customer service qualified for the repair of such kind of machine.
3. Do not put insert fingers, hands, or any other element or tool near the parts moving or rotating.
4. During working of the machine, it’s absolutely forbidden to try to open the cover, to turn the machine upside down.
These violations may cause serious problems to the machine, to the food inside and to people.
5. During the working of the machine, use appropriate means of individual protection, following the regulations for
security and the regulations of the company’s direction on which the machine is working.
6. The cleaning of the area around the machine is a very important part for security. It is necessary to keep cleaned and
dry the machine and also the table, the floor, removing with specific tools dust, fragments, other left overs, foreign
bodies, and so on… the wet floor, left overs of food, or other fragments may make the floor slippery causing danger.
A right lighting is very important for the security of the operator.
7. Either for cleaning and for changing parts of the machine, be sure to wear protective gloves and a appropriate
clothing.
8. All protection and security devices, either electric and mechanical shall be kept in perfect and efficient condition.
9. Do not violate nor change the working or efficiency of the protection devices installed in the machine. All changing or
violation of the devices of the machine cause a fraudulent action with the consequence of assuming every liability, civil
and criminal, for possible damages to people and/or things.
10. Do not switch on the machine when you are under effect of alcohol, psychotropic drugs
11. Make always sure, before starting working with the machine, that the products are suitable for type, quantity and
dimensions.
12. Do not clean the machine, do not plunge it nor spray water or any other liquid, in order to avoid any danger of
electrocution.
13. Do not put any heavy object on the machine, nor climb it with your weight
14. Before any operation of cleaning, maintenance or movement, remove the plug from the power point. If the plug is
European (CEE), place the switch on O/Zero/Off and then remove the plug.
15. Verify periodically that the power cable is in perfect conditions, in case any problem occur, replace it immediately
16. The machine shall not be used outdoor, without any accurate protection against rain.
17. Keep the machine away of any heat source and do not use it near flammable liquids or gas.
18. Keep away the children from the place where the machine is located
19. Do not use the machine for any other kind of working, even if similar in the cases written in this manual.
20. Do not alter any element composing the machine.
INSTALLATION OF THE MACHINE
−The machine doesn’t need a fixing to the table nor to the floor.
−Place the machine carefully in the local provided for its use, considering its size and the size of the products to work
leaving the space for the operator and for one person.
−All the feet placed under the basement must lean on a solid, smooth surface.
−Near the machine place a by-pass or a current terminal box.
−The area of installation of the machine shall be correctly lighted in order to favour the highest performances of the
operator, and to avoid, at the same time, dazzling or dark areas.
−Make sure that any object shouldn’t obstruct the slits of airing of the machine, in order to avoid the over heating and
cause serious damages to the machine and to the operator.
STARTING
Put the plug into the power point
The machine will start or will stop with the buttons situated on the control panel on the body of the machine:
−START: to switch on (green button)
−STOP: to stop (red button)
−MAN: option manual in order to make the machine work with impulses
(light blue – pushing it the machine works, not pushing it, the machine stops).
−+/- : to increase or decrease the rotation speed of the hub, Display shows the used speed.

KEEP THE MACHINE IN GOOD CONDITIONS
Keep the machine clean for high and safe performances
REMOVE THE PLUG FROM THE POWER POINT
When the machine is not used, before any maintenance operation (cleaning, replacing, removing food...)
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:
This machine has been planned for mincing, crumbling, homogenizing, every kind of vegetables, meat, fish, cheese;
for whipping cream, other sauces...
The rotation of the hub is clockwise.
The machine is composed of:
1. Switch
2. Control panel
3. Bowl in stainless steel
4. Cover
5. Hub with blades
6. Closing handle
FOOD WORKING
Release the closing handle, pushing it on the back of the machine, turning it anticlockwise. Remove the cover.
Insert the blades suitable for the working (WARNING: THE HUB WITH BLADES MUST BE INSTALLED BEFORE THE FOOD
TO WORK), then insert the food inside the bowl. It is a good rule to not fill the bowl with a large quantity of food; the
filling must not be more than 2/3 of the bowl.
Close the the bowl with the cover, and block the cover with the closing handle. Only at this moment the machine can start
working; if even one of these operations won’t be done correctly, security devices will operate and avoid the working of
the machine.
CLEANING
In order to obtain the best results you should keep the machine always cleaned, in every part, especially bowl and blades.
It is necessary to clean the machine every end of the day or every time you change the food to work. Before cleaning the
machine make sure you disconnected it from the power.
Remove all movable parts (cover, hub with blades, bowl), clean them with a sponge and a detergent accepted in the food
equipment, repeat the operation on the whole machine.
Attention: for the cleaning and disinfection of the machine do not use acids of any kid but use detergents and/or
disinfectants accepted for food-equipment.
