Refer to the installation instruction manual provided with your
fireplace to determine if the elbow shield is required.
READ ALL THE STEPS BEFORE STARTING THE INSTALLATION
THE FIREPLACE MUST BE OFF AND COLD BEFORE BEGINNING.
ALL WARNINGS, PRECAUTIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS IN THE
INSTALLATION AND OPERATION MANUAL PROVIDED WITH
THE APPLIANCE APPLY TO THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
If you encounter any problems, need clarification of these
instructions or are not qualified to properly install this kit,
contact you local distributor or dealer.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1. Locate the two (2) flat elbow
shields.
STEP 2. Bend the three (3) tabs 90
degrees as shown below.
STEP 3. Attach the two (2) shields, as
shown, with screws.
STEP 4. Attach the two (2) shields to the fireplace. STEP 5. Fold down tab to support rear of shield.
