USER MANUAL
PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE USER MANUAL AND
WARRANTY BOOK BEFORE USING
WARNING
Whenever you ride the MOBOT® Xtreme electric scooter
you might risk having serious injury from collisions, falls
or loss of control. To ride safely, YOU MUST READ AND
FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS STATED IN
THIS MANUAL.
This manual includes basic operational instructions for the
MOBOT® Xtreme electric scooter. It does not cover any
situations where injury or death may occur.
OPERATORS MUST USE GOOD JUDGMENT AND
COMMON SENSE TO DETECT AND AVOID HAZARDS AND
DANGERS that they may encounter when riding the
MOBOT® Xtreme electric scooter. By using the MOBOT®
Xtreme electric scooter, it deems that you accept the
inherent risks of operating this product.

INSTRUCTION
1. Please read the instruction manual carefully before using the scooter, do not lend it to
anyone who is/or unclear on the uses of the scooter.
2. Please check if the scooter brakes, headlight and horn is functional, as well as the
steering of the handle bar.
3. Product is unsuitable for the following users: (old age, pregnant, disable, after-
consumption of alcohol and drugs).
4. Please do not ride in unauthorized areas that is regulated by the government. For the
safety of yourself and other road users, always follow on the traffic rules and signs.
5. Do not carry more than 2 passengers on the scooter.
6. Slow down the scooter when travelling on wet and slippery surfaces to avoid making
unnecessary emergency brake.
7. During heavy downpour, do not ride on high flood level that will damage the motor and
battery.
8. Charge the battery under room temperature (20~30°C), leave the battery uncovered to
allow better cooling process of the battery, preventing it from over-heated.
9. It is recommended to go for the first maintenance check for the first 2 (months) and
subsequently for every 3 (months) for maintenance check.
10. Please do not modify any parts of the scooter including the engine and tyres.
11. For safety precaution, turn off the engine key and switch when not in use.
12. Please do not attempt to modify the readings or detach the LCD panel as designed by
the company.
13. Please keep the scooter out of reach from children.
14. To avoid damages to the electrical parts of the vehicle, do not immerse the scooter in
water with depth of more than 4 cm. Do not wash it with pressurized water.
15. The product is only for adults (18 years old and above) and is not suitable for minors
age (below 12 years old).
16. Please wear your safety helmet and other protective equipment when riding.
17. Do not ride in traffic lanes or unsafe roads that is breaking the local traffic rules and
regulations.
18. Please exercise in wide areas, and ride after skilled manipulation.
19. Do not attempt any dangerous actions like riding single-handedly.
20. Always keep your feet on the scooter platform when on ride.
21. Do not attempt to ride the scooter on stairs that are above 3 cm. It may result in vehicle
overturn, causing injuries and/or damages to the rider and/or scooter.
22. The maximum speed limit for MOBOT ® X is up to 25 Km/h. For your safety, please
maintain the riding speed at 20 Km/h.
23. When travelling at night, please limit the speed within 15 Km/h or less and turn on the
headlights.
24. For safety reasons, do not ride the scooter in bad weather conditions such as heavy
downpours and high winds.
25. Do not use the scooter when outdoor temperature is lower than 0ºC.
26. Please slow down or avoid using the scooter when riding in poor road conditions; such
as oily or slippery road surfaces.
27. Please adjust the handlebar according to your height to ensure a safe and comfortable
ride.
28. For safety awareness of the product, we have include safety notification stickers
attached in parts of the body to warn users on the dangers that they might cause to
themselves and others.
Riding Operations
Before Ride Procedure
1. The normal air pressure of the front wheel tire should maintain within (160) kPa, rear
wheel tire should maintain within (180) kPa. Please check the tire frequently for any
defects. (Important) Deflated tires will affect the steering process of the scooter.
2. Check if the accelerator and brakes are functioning properly.
3. Check if the headlight is functioning properly.
4. Check if the handles are steering smoothly from left to right.
Remote Control Key
This scooter comes with 2 sets of Remote Control Key. It has three functions.
1. The scooter has anti-theft alarm function. Once you remove the key and then press the
“lock” button, ant-theft alarm function will be activated. In the event of a theft, the scooter will
activate alarm function whenever it detects a movement of the scooter.
2. In the event of you forget where you have parked your scooter, you can use the remote
control “search” button to find out where your scooter is.
3. This remote control can also replace the key to switch on your scooter. Just press the
“lighting” button two times, the scooter will be switched on.
During Ride Procedure
1. Please do not ride single-handled! For first user, please practice on an open area before
proceeding to pedestrian roads.
2. When travelling on wet and slippery surfaces, avoid riding on high speed, making sharp
turns and always keep a safe distance between other vehicles and pedestrians.
3. When travelling at night, always turn on the headlight.
4. Please do not carry a heavy load or carry more than 2 passengers at a time.
5. During heavy downpour, do not ride on high flood level that will damage the motor and
battery.
6. Please do not ride on unauthorized areas that is regulated by the government!
After Ride Procedure
1. Turn off the power by turning the scooter key and retrieve the key from the slot for safe
keep.
2. Always check on the remaining power of the battery, to ensure sufficient power for next
use.
3. Always ensure that the scooter is park in stable and locked with anti-theft lock.
BATTERY AND CHARGER
Each MOBOT® X electric scooter is equipped with a special lithium polymer battery and
special smart charger. These accessories that come with each scooter have a dedicated
number, do not use the chargers from other brands. Damages caused by using
inappropriate battery chargers is not under usual product warranty.
Battery
1) When charging the battery, the LED turns red which means that charging is in
progress. When it is in “green” it means battery is fully charged.
2) If the red light does not turn green after continuous charging, please visit our service
center.
3) For the first 5 uses, please charge the battery for at least 10 hours before use.
4) Please do not charge the battery for more than 12 hours.
5) Charge the battery in area temperature of (0~45)°C, the ideal temperature for
charging will be 25°C.
6) Please charge the battery once every month, if not in use for a long period of time.
(Important!)
7) Avoid direct contact of the battery from flames and direct sun exposure.
8) Avoid water or other liquid to be in contact with the battery.
9) We recommend you to go for maintenance once every 3 months to check on the
body and parts of the scooter.
Charger
1) The company provides dedicated charger which has a charging protection function,
when the battery is 100% charged, the charger will automatically stop charging.
Charging time is no more than 3 hours.
2) Water immersion, collisions, and other abnormal factors will lead to charger damage,
which is not covered under warranty
Charge Description
1) Open the battery compartment cover with the key as given shown in Fig. 1 below.
2) Open the charging hole under the rubber protective cover and plug in the charger
connector shown in Fig. 3
3) Connect the charger plug into the power socket shown in Fig. 4 below.
4) The charger light turns red when charging is in progress. Charger light turns green
when battery is fully charged.
5) Please close the main power of the scooter, and charge the scooter around 48V.
6) Please always check whether there is still remaining power left in the battery the next
trip.
7) The company provides dedicated charger which has a charging protection function,
when the battery is 100% charged, the charger will automatically stop charging.

which is not covered under warranty.

Main Switch
1) Turn the Start Key clockwise to unlock the scooter, it will automatically start up the
engine as well.
2) Similarly, turn it anti-clockwise to lock the scooter, it will automatically shut down the
engine.
Accelerator
1) The throttle is controlled on the right handle of the scooter.
2) Turn the throttle clockwise gradually to increase the speed.
3) Do not try to make a full turn of the throttle during start off, as it may result in a
sudden speed jerk.
4) Never try to turn the throttle to the opposite direction, as it will damage the
accelerator.
Head and Rear light
1) When travelling at night, please switch on the head and rear light.
Maintenance
1) In order to allow convenience and ease of maintenance. The company has implement 1
year of free warranty plan.
2) Proper use and maintenance of the scooter will prolong the lifespan of the scooter. We
recommend you to send the scooter for maintenance once every 3 months to check on the
brakes and the battery functionality.

In normal use, if a part or parts of the electric scooters have any problems listed in the
following form during the warranty period, please contact your local vendor or authorised
reseller, we will provide a complete service as specified in the warranty book.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
In warranty period, if the malfunction and damage caused by the following reasons, it will not
be within the scope of product warranty:
1. Inappropriate maintenance and repair that are not in accordance with the instruction
manual.
2. Use of the electric scooter for other purposes such as performing dangerous acts
which result in damages or functional failures.
3. Using any of the external factory components.
4. Disassembling the scooter without contacting the local reseller.
5. Wrongly usage causing traffic accidents or accidental collision damage to the product
body and the parts.
