are
correctly inserted
in
the
mouse,
or try new batteries.
3.
Try
using
the
mouse
on
a different
surface,
and
check
for
any
metallic objects between
the
mouse
and
the
USB
receiver.
4.
Check whether the power switch button
is
in
the correct position.
