Measure the distance between the two sawtooths using a measuring
tool.
step 1:

Place the measuring tool against the wall and make two marks
where you want to mount the medallion.
step 2:
Drill holes at the points you just marked.

Using a hammer, insert the wall plugs (C) inside the holes.
step 4:

Fix the screws (B) into the wall plugs (C). Use a screwdriver to make
sure they are secure.
step 5:

Place the sawtooths over the screws.
step 6:
Voila! Your medallion is now installed and secure!
