speciﬁc problem with the solutions listed below, please contact

the service center immediately.

Problem: Potential Solution:

Ensure that the local voltage matches the required

voltage; Try another outlet; Unplug and plug it

back in; Check the power switch or fuse.

Check the water pipeline for kinks or blockage,

make sure your waterline is connected properly.

Ensure the capsule is plugged in and turned on;

check the status of the fuse.

Ensure the capsule is plugged in and turned on;

Check on the wiring; Turn on the switch.

Turn on the switch, and make sure the option is

selected.

Ensure the device is plugged into the USB port,

and the MP3 option is selected.

Troubleshoot the MP3 player ﬁrst; check on

wiring; replace the speaker itself.

The capsule has been in use for too and is

overheating, turn it off and unplug it for at least

60 minutes and resume use.

If the problem is not listed below, please try the following

suggestions:

Turn off the Spa Capsule and unplug it

Wait for 60 minutes

Plug the product back into a different outlet and restart it

Cleaning:

2. Water Caches:

There are two caches where loose water will begin to pool. One

underneath the ﬂoorboard, and one behind the capsule. These two

reservoirs should be routinely drained and emptied.

3. Exterior:

You may use any everyday cleaning solution to disinfect and clean

the exterior of the pod. Never use any liquids on or near the

electrical outlets, wires, or control panel.

Maintenance:

When not in use, the capsule should remain unplugged

and powered off.

Before use, the user should always check for cracks in the

exterior, or frayed wires.

1. Interior:

Cleaning the interior of the Spa

Capsule is designed to be as easy as

possible. When connected to a water

line, the shower head can be used to

rinse the interior of the pod with

clean water.

SAFETY INFORMATION

When using the spa capsule basic precautions should

always be followed to reduce the risk of electric shock,

burns, ﬁre, or injury. Please read the following precautions

before using the spa capsule.

Make sure the power cord is plugged into the proper

outlet to reduce the risk of short-circuit and electrical ﬁre.

We highly recommend using a surge protector to avoid

damage.

Do not use capsule on a slanted surface where the risk of

rolling is high.

Do not use outside or in areas of heavy direct sunlight.

When not in use, unplug the capsule to avoid possible

damages from power outages/surges that may cause

serious damage or harm.

Never plug or unplug the capsule’s power cord with wet

hands or a wet cable.

There should never be more than one person in the capsule

at a time.

Do not use the capsule if your head does not comfortably

and fully extend outside of the hole.

Close supervision is imperative when children or disabled

persons are on or near the capsule.

Children, pregnant women, disabled individuals, patients

with high blood pressure, and people with heart

disease should not use this device.

Burns may result from improper use.

This spa capsule is intended for use as described in this

instruction manual. Do not use attachments or

modiﬁcations other than those suggested by the

manufacturer.

Do not stand on the seat and do not sit or stand on the

armrest, backrest, or lid to avoid serious injury or damage

to the capsule.

Avoid falling asleep during use.

Ensure the capsule is clean and operational before use.

Do not move the capsule by pulling on cords or hoses.

Make sure there are not children or animals underneath or

behind the capsule before use.

If you ﬁnd any cracks or defects in the capsule you should

contact the service center immediately.

Please consult your doctor if you have concerns before

using the capsule.

If you experience pain or lightheadedness while using the

capsule cease use and consult your doctor immediately.

Do not use the capsule for more than 45 minutes at a time.

Keep hands and appendages away from the lid while closing.

This is a recreational item and should not be used as a

substitute for appropriate medical treatment .

Do not repair circuits or wiring by yourself,

please call the distributor or send an email to a

service specialist.

HOW TO USE 7

Functions:

1. Steam Sauna:

By simply ﬁlling the water reservoir with water you can experience a

conditioning and relaxing steam massage. This will hydrate your

skin and open your pores.

2. Fragrance Therapy:

You have the option to add essential oils, herbs, milk, or honey to

the water reservoir in order to experience a calming fragrance in

addition to your steaming refresh. Different essential oils provide a

variety of beneﬁts for you to choose from.

3. Auditory Relaxation:

Listen to your favorite music or calming sounds by plugging in an

external device via USB to compound the relaxing effects of your

spa capsule.

4. Ozone Rejuvenation:

By activating the Ozone system, you can clear out your pores of

toxic metals. This is achieved through ‘ozone sterilization’, a

process unique to your spa capsule.

5. Chromotherapy:

Activate the chromotherapy function on your spa capsule to begin

a calming series of fading lights. This rhythmic set of lights can relax

your body, soothe the mind, and improve metabolism.

4. Temperature/Timer Increase: Increases temperature or

timer depending on selection.

5. Temperature/Timer Decrease: Decreases temperature or

timer dpending on selection.

6. Timer Adjustment: Select to start or adjust timer. The

suggested time is 20-30 minutes.

7. Temperature Adjustment: Select to set preferred

temperature. The suggested degree is between 107ºF & 113ºF.

8. Volume Increase/ Next Song: Press to increase volume of

current song or switch to next song.

9. Volume Decrease/ Last Song: Press to decrease volume of

current song or replay last song.

10. Switch Between Volume/Song Control: Press to toggle

between song control or volume control.

11. Toggle MP3 Power: Toggle the power of MP3 on or off.

12. Shower Head Control: Turn on the showerhead for easy

cleaning of capsule’s interior.

13. Ozone Control: Turn on for an increase of oxygen in the

system. Suggested use is for 10 minutes.

Set Up:

1. Positioning:

Position your capsule on a ﬂat surface

with easy access to both a 120V

outlet and a waterline, making sure to

leave enough room behind the

capsule for the water reservoir.

3. Steam Generator:

Ensure the exterior steam

generator is plugged in and the

white steam hose is connected to

the lid (C). Flip the power switch to

the on position before using (D).

2. Connections:

Begin by connecting the main power supply into a nearby

surge protector or wall outlet. If you’d like to utilize the

showerhead, please connect a waterline to the rear at this

time (A). Place water reservoir underneath drainage pipe

behind the spa capsule (B). (C).

again to power it off.

2. Light Control: Press once to turn on chromotherapy, and a

second time to turn it off.

3. Steam Control: Press to begin the steam exfoliation.

Preparation:

Begin by ﬁlling the steam generator

with water. If you’d like to add essential

oils, do so before turning device on, as

to avoid potential harm.

Press the power button on the control

panel and activate the desired mode(s).
