ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Carefully unpack and identify all parts referring to illustration for parts identification.

2. Turn the power to the installation point OFF.

3. Assemble the rods (4) together using the nipple (3). Connect them to the swivel (2) and the

coupling (12).

4. Install the metal band (6) onto the glass shade (7) using the thumb screws (5).

5. Install the bulb (NOT PROVIDED) into socket (8).

6. Using the nipple (11), assemble the metal plate (9) and the cap (10) into the coupling (12).

7. Refer to the additional installation instructions included with the product for wiring and

installation.

8. Restore power to the installation point and retain this sheet for future reference.
