Important

1, Kindly advise you to upgrade the firmware before using the Power Station.

2, How to upgrade the firmware

The following are instructions for updating the firmware for the SuperBase Pro 2000.

Confirm before upgrading:

1: The current device has enough power, at least not less than 5%.

2: The current device can be started and used normally.

3: The current network or Wi-Fi hotspot signal is strong.

Steps to upgrade:

1: First, please download the Zendure APP, and refer to the "Zendure App User

Guide" to register an account and log in. If you cannot receive the verification

information during registration, please check the spam mailbox.

2: Refer to this video to bind your SuperBase Pro and APP. And please make sure the

Wi-Fi hotspot is 2.4GHZ.

3: After binding the device to the APP, you can see the current information of the

device on the System Settings page of the APP. At this point you can refer to

the video in step 2 to update the firmware.

After completing the above steps, you can start to experience the latest firmware.
