Thank you for purchasing the Handlebar Device Mount by Accessory Power. The
versatile design mounts quickly and easily to any bicycle, motorcycle, scooter, ATV,
or other vehicles with handlebars. The protective, weather guard design mounts a
variety of mobile devices, such as cell phones, GPS, MP3 players, and more. Enjoy your
new, convenient, and practical handlebar mounting solution.

Connecting the Device Holder to the
Handlebar Mount
Connect the (a) Device holder to the
(b) Handlebar mount as shown in the
diagram to the left. Slide the (5) Neck
Connector into the (6) Connecting slot on
the (a) Device holder. Make sure the (5)
Neck connector is inserted securely and
clicks into place.
Disconnecting the Device Holder from the Handlebar Mount
To disconnect, hold down the lever on the (5) Neck Connector and slide it o the
(b) Connecting slot by using gentle pressure towards the (8) Headphone port.
When disconnected, the (a) Device holders protective and weather guard design
allows for portable storage and outdoor use.
Attaching the Handlebar Device Mount
to your Handlebar
First, loosen and remove the (3) Adjust-
ment knob by turning counter-clockwise.
Remove the (1) Handlebar clamp and
adjust by inserting the (2) Hinge into one
of the three grooves depending on your
handlebar thickness. Once you  nd a suit-
able con guration, t the (b) Handlebar
mount onto your handlebar. Reattach the
(3) Adjustment knob to the (b) Handlebar
mount by turning clockwise until it is
securely tightened.
Operating Instructions:
Adjusting the Angle of your Handlebar Device Mount
The Handlebar Device Mount has a 360° rotating head for adjustable viewing.
To adjust the Handlebar Device Mount loosen the (4) Angle joint by twisting it
clockwise. Adjust the (a) Device holder to your preferred angle.
Tighten the (4) Angle joint by twisting it counterclockwise.
Inserting your Mobile Device
Open the Handlebar Device Mount by unzipping the (a) Device holder. You can
insert Customize the  t by adding or removing the two (9) Foam padded inserts.
The (7) Transparent window allows for easy viewing and touch-screen access of
your mobile device.
Using the Headphone Port
The (8) Headphone port provides access for wired audio devices. Insert your wired
audio device into the (a) Device holder and gently push your headphone cord
through the (8) Headphone port and connect it to your device. You can now listen
to your audio device while using the Handlebar Device Mount!
Operating Instructions (cont’d):
It is di cult to connect the device holder to the handlebar mount.
- Please make sure that the (5) Neck connector is lined up with the (6) Connecting
slot on the (a) Device holder. Make sure you hear a clicking sound to ensure a
secure  t.
It is di cult to disconnect the device holder from the handlebar mount.
- Please be sure to hold down the lever on the (5) Neck connector while sliding it
o the (6) Handlebar clamp. You should be able to release it in one motion.
It is di cult to adjust the angle of my Handlebar Device Mount.
- Please be sure to loosen the (4) Angle joint near the (5) Neck connector by turning
it clockwise. You should be able to rotate the Handlebar Device Mount
360 degrees. When you  nd the desired angle of your (a) Device holder, tighten
the (4) Angle joint by turning it counterclockwise.
My mobile device does not  t into the device holder.
- Please be sure to fully unzip the (a) Device holder for maximum access. If your
mobile device still does not  t into the (a) Device holder, check to make sure your
device is smaller than 5.0 inches x 3.5 inches x 1.5 inches. Also you may remove
the (9) Foam padded inserts to allow more space for your mobile device.
Troubleshooting
- Please only use this product in the manner described in this manual.
- Keep small pieces out of the reach of small children.
