CPU WATER BLOCK

1) Test the product for leakage away from the system before installing it on the system. confirming no leakage,
proceed with the installation and use.
2) Use approved coolant for computer water-cooling to prevent corrosion.
3) Use coolant tubes listed under the compatibility list.
4) Do not use the product if it interferes with any motherboard components.
5) Familiarize yourself with this manual.
6) Keep this product and its associated system away from children.

1) Zalman’s creative dimple-type processing technology allows lightness in weight and excellent cooling performance.
2) Pure copper-base material water block provides excellent heat transfer, and gold-plated base prevents corrosion.
3) Use of transparent and strengthened plastic water block cover allows lightness in weight, excellent durability,
and view for the user to be able to check the flow of internal coolant.
4) Connection fitting for the hose is a single-body cover in the form of two connection structure types, which allows
for various types of hoses to be used.

5. Installation
1) Intel Pentium 4 -775
Install Clip Supports for Socket 775
Align the clip support for socket 775 and the backplate for socket 775 with the mounting holes on the motherboard and
fasten them together using the clip support fixing bolt. The lever slot on the clip support should be properly oriented
on the hinged side of the socket lever when installing.
Install Clip
Align the Clip’s holes with the Waterblock tabs as shown in
the diagram, and install the Clips by slowly screwing the Clip
Bolts into the Clip holes. Hold the Clips with one hand, and
install with slight hand motions for easy installation.
Apply Thermal Grease
Clean the contact surface of the CPU completely.
Apply Thermal Grease on the CPU surface that makes
contact with the base of the Water Block.
Install CPU Water Block
Set the CPU Water Block at the center of the CPU.
Screw the Bolts in slightly, then tighten each Bolt a few
turns at a time while alternating between the two until the
Clips are completely pressed against the Clip Support.

2) Intel Pentium 4 -478
Install the Clip Supports for Socket 478
Install the Clip Supports for Socket 478 on
both sides of the Retention Guide as shown
in the diagram on the right.
Install Clip
Align the Clips’ holes with the Waterblock tabs as
shown in the diagram, and install the Clips by
slowly screwing the Clip Bolts into the Clip holes.
Hold the Clips with one hand, and install with
slight hand motions for easy installation.
Note 1) Make sure that the outlet is installed in a
manner so that the outlet is placed above
the inlet as shown in the picture.

3) AMD - AM2/754/939/940
Install CPU Water Block
Set the CPU Water Block at the center of the
CPU. Hook the Clip’s slot into the center lug of
Clip support, then hook the lever’s slot into the
other center lug.
Apply Thermal Grease
Clean the contact surface of the CPU
completely. Apply Thermal Grease on the CPU
surface that makes contact with the base of
the Water Block.

Install CPU Water Block
Set the CPU Water Block at the center of the
CPU. Screw the Bolts in slightly, then tighten
each Bolt a few turns at a time while alternating
between the two until the Clips are completely
pressed against the Clip Support.

completely. Apply Thermal Grease on the CPU
surface that makes contact with the base of
the Water Block.
