Solé Diesel MINI-18 is a Vertical water cooled 4 stroke Diesel engine with 2 cylinders of 78 mm diameter and 80 mm piston stroke, having a total capacity of 764 c.c. It has a compression rate of 20:1 and provides a power of 17 HP at 3000 r.p.m. The engine has lubrication through trocoid pump forced lubrication and an oil capacity of 2.6 litres, using the recommended HD type oil. The cooling system is direct sea water cooling with a thermostat set to 60°. The electrical system is 12 V, with a starter motor of 1.2 Kw and an alternator of 12 V and 35 Amps.
