The Henny Penny rotisserie
merchandising display base is an
attractive, sturdy unit specially
designed to integrate rotisserie
cooking and self-service
merchandising into one convenient
freestanding station.
The RMB-363 is perfect for C-
stores, kiosks or high traffic deli
stations where floor and counter
space is at a premium. Designed for
SCR-6 six spit rotisserie and HMR-
103 three well self-serve
merchandiser. (See separate data
sheets for detailed information on
rotisserie and merchandiser.)

Bidding Specifications
• Provide Henny Penny rotisserie
merchandising base RMB-363 designed to
incorporate SCR-6 rotisserie and HMR-103
heated self-serve merchandiser into one
free-standing cook-and-display unit.
• RMB-363 base unit shall be made of welded
stainless steel and structural steel
framework.
• Unit is shipped assembled. Rotisserie and
heated merchandiser are available
separately. (See individual data sheets for
details.)
• Base unit can be ordered in a number of
standard colors. Panel and bumper can also
be provided in custom-match colors
according to customer-provided samples.

1 Henny Penny SCR-6 rotisserie that cooks
up to 24 whole birds in one load and
1 HMR-103 or HMR-123 self-serve heated
