stage. A firm tap with the heel of your hand will achieve this.

To use the clutch, pull out the plastic disc
which is situated between the wheel and the fork,
this will disengage the clutch. In initial use the
pedals may continue to turn. There is no pressure
behind them, and they will stop as soon as they
come into contact with a solid object.
They will loosen up after a period of use, and will
cease to turn.
To engage the clutch, push in firmly tow ards the wheel until it clicks.
