Special FeaturesoftheDVDModule
NOTE:beforeremovingorinstallingtheDVDmodule,makesureunplugthepowersupply
cord.
The unit supports to install the extended f unctional modules in three different posit ions and
supports to install two functional modules at the same time. Please follow the below steps to
removeorinstallthefunctionmodule.
RemovetheDVDmodule:
RefertothebelowfigureandfollowthebelowstepstoremovetheDVDmodulefrom theunit:
Step1:Openthebackcoverontheleftrearpaneloftheunit.
Step2:removetheDVDmodule.
1. LoosethescrewontheDVDmodule.
2. UnplugtheMGIconnectingcordfromtheLCDTV.
3. RemovetheDVDmoduleoutward.
Step3:closethebackcover.
InstallingtheDVDmodule:
There are three different posit ions for installing the functional module, and two MGI jacks f or
connectingtheMGIconnectingcord.Selectoneproperpositionforinstalling:
1. PlugoneendoftheMGIconnectingcordintotheDVDmodule.
2. Openthebackcoverontheleftrearpaneloftheunit.
3. Insertthefunctionmoduleandlockthefunctionmodulewithonescrew.
4. PlugtheotherendoftheMGIconnectingcordintotheMGIjackontheunit.
5. Closethebackcover.

· Ensurethatyouobservethecolorcableswhenconnectingaudioandvideocables.
· Beforeconnecting,openthecoverontherightsideoftheunit’srearpanel.
ConnectingToExternalAVSignalSource(AV1)
Usetheaudioandvideocabletoconnecttheinputjacksontherightsideoftheunit’srearpanelto
theexternalAVsignalsource.
After connection, turn on the power of the unit and the external AV signal source, press the
SOURCE button to enter the Input menu, then select AV1 (Composite) and press the ENTER
buttontoentertheselectedmode.

Usetheaudioandvideocabletoconnecttheinputjacksontherightsideoftheunit’srearpanelto
theexternalAVsignalsource.

NOTE:SVIDEOcablewillproducegoodimagequality.
After connection, turn on the power of the unit and the external AV signal source, press the
SOURCE button to enter the Input menu, t hen select AV2 (Composite) and press t he ENTER
buttontoentertheselectedmode.
IfconnectedtothetwogroupAVandSVideosignalsourcesatthe sametime,theSVideoisthe
priority.

SOURCEbuttontoentertheInput menu,thenselectAV3(Component)orAV4(Component)and
presstheENTERbuttontoentertheselectedmode.
NOTE:
TheComponentcablewillproducebetterimagequality.

After connection, turn on the power of the unit and the external HDMI output device, pressthe
SOURCEbuttontoentertheInput menu,thenselectHDMIandpresstheENTERbuttontoenter
theHDMImode.

Usetheaudio/videocablestoconnecttheaudioandvideooutputJacksontherightsideofthe rear
paneltotheexternalAVdevice.
NOTE:
ThefeaturesofthisA/VequipmentallowsyoutoconnecttootherA/Vequipment.Careshouldbe
takenwhen connecting theA/V outputs of thisdevice tothe A/Vinputsofthe otherdevice. For
example,compositeoutputofthisdeviceneedstobeconnectedtocompositeinputsoftheother
device.

3.ConnectoneendoftheaudiocablestothePCaudioinputjackontherightsideoftheunit’srear
panel.
4.ConnecttheotherendtothePCaudiooutputjack.
5.YouhadbettersetthePC’sresolutionat1024×768;andtherefreshfrequencymustat60Hz.
Afterconnection,presstheSOURCEbuttonandselectVGAmode.
