ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
LifeGear Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in
material and workmanship when used for the purpose intended, under the conditions that it
has been installed and operated in accordance with LifeGear's Owner's Manual. LifeGear's
obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing free of charge, any parts
which may prove to be defective under normal home use. This warranty does not include
any damage caused by improper operation, misuse or commercial application.
From the date of purchase, the frame is warranted to be free from defects for 1 (one) year.
This warranty is offered only to the original owner and is not transferable. Proof of
purchase is required.
When ordering replacement parts please have the following information ready:

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Basic precautions should always be followed, including the following important
safety instructions when using this equipment. Read all instructions before using
this equipment.
1. Read all instructions and follow it carefully before using this equipment. Make sure the
equipment is properly assembled and tightened before use.
2. Before exercise, in order to avoid injuring the muscle, warm-up exercises are
recommended.
3. Please make sure all parts are not damaged and fixed well before use. This
equipment should be placed on a flat surface when using. Using a mat or other
covering material on the ground is recommended.
4. Please wear proper clothes and shoes when using this equipment; do not wear clothes
that may catch any part of the equipment; remember to tighten the pedaling straps.
5. Do not attempt any maintenance or adjustments other than those described in this
manual. Should any problems arise, discontinue use and consult your local dealer.
6. Do not use the equipment outdoors.
7. This equipment is for household use only. It is not a commercial model.
8. Only one person at a time should use this equipment.
9. If you feel any chest pains, nausea, dizziness, or short of breath, you should stop
exercising immediately and consult your physician before continuing.
10. Care should be taken in mounting or dismounting the equipment.
11. Do not allow children to use or play on the equipment. Keep children and pets away
from the equipment while in use. This machine is designed for adults use only. The
minimum free space required for safe operation is not less than two meters.
12. The maximum weight capacity for this product is 120 kg.

have pre-existing health problems. Read all instructions before using any fitness

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Position the Rear Stabilizer (56) behind the Rear Main Frame (20) and align bolt holes.
Attach the Rear Stabilizer (56) onto the rear curve of the Rear Main Frame (20) with two
Big Curve Washers (2), two Cap Nuts (9), and two Carriage Bolts (57). Tighten cap nuts
with the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver provided.

STEP 2
Position the Front Stabilizer (81) in front of the Front Main Frame (76) and align bolt holes.
Attach the Front Stabilizer (81) onto the front curve of the Front Main Frame (76) with two
Big Curve Washers (2), two Cap Nuts (9), and two Carriage Bolts (57). Tighten cap nuts
with the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver provided.

STEP 3
Remove six Washers (8) and six Hexagon Socket Pan Head Cap Bolts (17) from the Rear
Main Frame (20). Remove bolts with the S6 Allen Wrench provided.
STEP 4
Connect the Extension Hand Pulse Sensor Wires (22) from the Rear Main Frame (20) to the
Extension Hand Pulse Sensor Wires I (72) from the Front Main Frame (76).
Insert the Rear Main Frame (20) into the Front Main Frame (76) and align bolt holes.

STEP 5
Attach the Rear Main Frame (20) into the Front Main Frame (76) with six Washers (8) and
six Hexagon Socket Pan Head Cap Bolts (17) that were removed. Tighten bolts with the
S6 Allen Wrench provided.
STEP 6
The Cranks, Pedal Shafts, and Foot Pedals are marked with the letter R (Right) and L
(Left) to denote the side of the recumbent bike they are on.
Insert the pedal shaft of Left Foot Pedal (66L) into threaded hole in the left Crank (67). Turn
the pedal shaft by hand in the counterclockwise direction until snug.
NOTE: DO NOT turn left foot pedal shaft in the clockwise direction, doing so will strip
the threads.
Tighten the pedal shaft of Left Foot Pedal (66L) with the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips
Screwdriver provided.
Insert pedal shaft of Right Foot Pedal (66R) into threaded hole in right Crank (67). Turn the
pedal shaft by hand in the clockwise direction until snug.
Tighten pedal shaft of Right Foot Pedal (66R) with the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips
Screwdriver provided.

STEP 7
Remove four Washers (8), four Hexagon Socket Pan Head Cap Bolts (36), one Big Curve
Washer (2), and one Hexagon Socket Flat Head Cap Bolt (37) from the tube of the Front
Main Frame (76). Remove bolts with the S6 Allen Wrench provided.
Pull the tension cable and wires out from the tube of the Front Main Frame (76).
STEP 8
Slide the Front Post Cover (38) up to the Front Post (30).

STEP 9
Insert the Tension Cable (32) through into the bottom hole of Front Post (30) and pull it out
from the square hole of Front Post (30).
Connect the Extension Hand Pulse Sensor Wire I (72) and Sensor Wire (74) from the Front
Main Frame (76) to the Extension Hand Pulse Sensor Wire II (29) and Extension Sensor
Wire (28) from the Front Post (30).
Insert the Front Post (30) onto the tube of the Front Main Frame (76) and align bolt holes.

STEP 10
Attach the Front Post (30) onto the tube of the Front Main Frame (76) with four Washers (8),
four Hexagon Socket Pan Head Cap Bolts (36), one Big Curve Washer (2), and one
Hexagon Socket Flat Head Cap Bolt (37) that were removed.
First lightly tighten four Hexagon Socket Pan Head Cap Bolts (36) and one Hexagon Socket
Flat Head Cap Bolt (37) by hand. After all five bolts are lightly tightened by hand, the next
step is to tighten the front Hexagon Socket Flat Head Cap Bolt (37) with the S6 Allen Wrench
until firm. Then tighten the other four Hexagon Socket Pan Head Cap Bolts (36) on the side
of the tube with the S6 Allen Wrench.
Slide the Front Post Cover (38) down to the Front Post (30).
STEP 11
Remove one Big Washer (34) and one Cross Recessed Pan Head Bolt (35) from the
Tension Control Knob (31). Remove bolt with the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver
provided.

STEP 12
Put the cable end of resistance cable of Tension Control Knob (31) into the cable lock of
Tension Cable (32), see Figure A.
Pull the resistance cable of Tension Control Knob (31) up and force it into the slot of metal
bracket of Tension Cable (32), see Figure B.
Insert the metal fitting on the resistance cable of Tension Control Knob (31) into the hole at
the end of the slot in the metal bracket of Tension Cable (32), see Figure C.
Connect the resistance cable of Tension Control Knob (31) to Tension Cable (32) complete,
see Figure D.
Attach the Tension Control Knob (31) onto the Front Post (30) with one Big Washer (34) and
one Cross Recessed Pan Head Bolt (35) that were removed. Tighten bolt with the Multi
Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver provided.
STEP 13
Remove four Cross Recessed Pan Head Bolts (33) from the Computer (27). Remove bolts
with the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver provided.

STEP 14
Connect the Extension Sensor Wire (28) and Extension Hand Pulse Sensor Wires II (29) to
the wires that come from the Computer (27). Tuck wires into the Front Post (30).
Attach the Computer (27) onto the top end of the Front Post (30) with four Cross Recessed
Pan Head Bolts (33) that were removed. Tighten bolts with the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips
Screwdriver provided.
STEP 15
Remove eight Washers (8) and eight Hexagon Socket Pan Head Cap Bolts (17) from the
Back and Seat Support Bracket (16). Remove bolts with the S6 Allen Wrench provided.

STEP 16
Insert the Seat Sliding Tube (19) into the bushings of the Rear Main Frame (20).
Insert the Round Knob (23) and Triangle Knob (21) into knob holes. Turn the Round Knob
(23) and Triangle Knob (21) in the clockwise direction to tighten.
STEP 17
Attach the Back and Seat Support Bracket (16) onto the Seat Sliding Tube (19) with eight
Washers (8) and eight Hexagon Socket Pan Head Cap Bolts (17) that were removed.
Tighten bolts with the S6 Allen Wrench provided.

STEP 18
Attach the Rear Handlebar (6) onto the Back and Seat Support Bracket (16) with two
Hexagon Socket Pan Head Cap Bolts (1), two Big Curve Washers (2), two Washers (8), and
two Cap Nuts (9). Tighten bolts and cap nuts with the S6 Allen Wrench and Multi Hex Tool
with Phillips Screwdriver provided.

STEP 19
Connect the Hand Pulse Sensor Wires (4) from the Rear Handlebar (6) to the Extension
Hand Pulse Sensor Wires (22) from the Rear Main Frame (20).
STEP 20
Remove eight Cross Recessed Pan Head Bolts (11) and eight Big Washers (12) from the
back of the Back and Seat Cushions (14, 15). Remove bolts with the Multi Hex Tool with
Phillips Screwdriver provided.
