ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. FEATURES
This TradeQuip "Made for the Trade" 1200mm powder coated space-saving wall cabinet
features three lockable doors, six shelves and 18 hooks. The top, bottom and sides are
constructed from sturdy 1mm pressed and welded steel. This durable steel constructed
wall cabinet is designed with three storage compartments and lockable doors for added
security. It can be easily hung on a wall or used freestanding on a shelf or bench.
2. BEFORE USE
Prior to use conduct a visual inspection by checking for abnormal conditions, such as
cracked joints and damaged, loose, or missing parts.
3. ASSEMBLY
Unpacking: after removing the packing material, make sure the product is in perfect
condition and that there are no visible damaged parts. The packaging materials
(Polyethylene bags, polystyrene etc.), must be disposed of in an appropriate refuse
collection container. These materials must not be left within the reach of children as they
are potential sources of danger.
Wall Cabinet Assembly:
- Hold the top panel vertically with the long back edge on the floor.
- The front edge of the top panel has 3 holes that you will use later for the doors.
Make sure that this front edge is up off of the floor, then attach the right side and
left side panels using bolts and screws. Attach the centre panel (I) and (II) using the
bolts and screws. Make sure that you don’t confuse them. The centre panel (II) has a
“double” lip on the front.
- Stand the partial assembled section upright and attach the back panel using the
bolts, and screws.
Door Placement
- Lay the partially assembled section on its back. Ensure that you have the doors in
their proper positions; place each door swivel pin in the correct hole in the top
panel.
- Line up the bottom swivel pins in the bottom panel and then attach the bottom
panel to both side panels and the centre panel using the bolts, and screws.
Hanger Brackets and Door Locks
- Fasten the 2 hanger brackets to the back of the back panel using bolts and screws.
- Fit the door lock onto each of the 3 doors, attach the washer and tighten the nut.
Finishing Touches
- Securely tighten all bolts and screws.
- Install shelves and hooks.
- Mount cabinet on the wall using masonry anchors or wood screws (not included).
Ensure anchors or wood screws are capable of holding the weight of the wall cabinet
