Read and Save:
1. To reduce the chance of fire or electrical shock: Do not install non-factory wiring or any other electrical components.
Altering or modifying the lamp in any way will render the lamp unsafe.
2. Keep curtains, shades, wall hangings and all other fabrics and objects away from the lamp canopy, lamp shade and light
bulb. Unit is not designed to support additional weight. Do not hang objects from the lamp or any lamp part.
3. Unit is to be wall mounted only. Do not pendant mount (hanging by a cable, wire or stem).
4. Before starting the installation, disconnect the power by turning off the circuit breaker or removing the appropriate fuse
at the fuse box. Turning off the power at the light switch is not sufficient to prevent electrical shock.
5. This unit is suitable for installation in a dry, indoor location only.
6. Electrical Connections: All electrical connections must be in accordance with local codes, ordinances and the National
Electric Code. If you are unfamiliar with methods of installing electrical wiring, secure the services of a qualified,
licensed, electrician.
7. This unit is to be mounted to a metal electrical junction box (outlet box) directly supported by the building structure.
8. Tools and Materials Required: (Not Included) Adjustable wrench, flathead screwdriver, wire cutters, step ladder,
U.L./CSA listed electrical tape.
LIGHT BULB REPLACEMENT
1. Unit requires one 60 Watt incandescent bulb. Bulb not included..
2. DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED WATTAGE.
3. Turn off the unit and allow the bulb to cool before touching.
4. Light bulb should never touch the lamp shade.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Clean using a mild cleaning solution and a soft cloth.
2. Never use a rough cloth or chemical cleaners containing acids, abrasives or solvents.

1. Turn off electrical power at the source by disconnecting the circuit breaker or removing the fuse from the fuse box. Turning
the power off at the light switch is not sufficient to prevent electrical shock.
2. Expose the supply wires from the outlet box. Outlet box is not included.
3. Thread the two Short Machine Screws (A) into the two holes of the Mounting Bracket (B). When threaded properly into the
Mounting Bracket (B) the ends of the two Short Machine Screws (A) will face into the outlet box. Tighten the two Short
Machine Screws (A) to secure the Mounting Bracket (B) to the outlet box.
4. Make electrical connections:
Required Supply Circuit: 120 V, 60 Hz
Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white wire from the
supply circuit.
Connect the black wire from the fixture to the black wire from the
supply circuit.
Connect the green wire (or bare copper wire) to the grounding conductor from the supply circuit.
Use U.L./CSA listed wire connectors suitable for the size, type and number of conductors.
No loose strands or connections should be present.
Secure wire connectors with U.L./ CSA listed electrical tape.
6. Align the two holes in the Lamp Fixture (C) to the ends of the two

8. Secure the two Mounting Bracket Screws (D) to the Lamp Fixture (C) by threading the two Finials (E) to the ends of the

12. Restore power at source.

If a ground wire does not exist in the outlet box, connect the fixture ground wire directly to the Ground Screw (J) located
on the Mounting Bracket (B). If you have electrical questions consult a qualified, licensed electrician.
