This electric under blanket is
designed for warming beds, only.
This electric under blanket is not intended for medical
purposes. It is not suitable for use in hospitals or for
any other commercial use. Inparticular, it should not
be used for babies or infants, persons who are in-
sensitive to heat, helpless persons, or animals. Any
use not described above, or modifications are not
permissible and may lead to injury and /or damage
to the electric under blanket. The manufacturer as-
sumes no liability for damage due to improper use.

blanket.
Do not use this electric under
blanket with an infant, an immo-
bile person, a helpless person,
or anyone insensitive to heat,
such as a person with poor blood
circulation.
This electric under blanket is not
intended for use by persons with
reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or any person
with diabetes unless carefully
attended.
Do not use when symptoms of
appendicitis are present. Consult
your physician.
Consult with a physician for use
with controlled substances.
Under certain circumstances, the
electrical and magnetic fields
emitted by this electric under
blanket could interfere with the
proper functioning of your heart
pacemaker. However, the levels
are far below the permissible
limits: electric field strength:
max. 5000 V / m, magnetic field
strength: max. 80A / m magnetic
flux density: max. 0.1 milliTesla.
Therefore, please consult your
physician and the manufacturer
of your pacemaker before using
this electric under blanket.
Inspect this product before using
it in order to make sure that there
are no broken parts, missing parts
and / or damaged areas. Do not
use the electric under blanket or
power cord if there are broken
parts, missing parts or damaged
areas. If the power cord is dam-
aged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or its service de-
partment, or a similarly qualified
person to prevent hazards. Repair
work by unqualified persons can
cause serious risk.
The electronic components
inside the control unit will heat
up whilst operating the electric
under blanket. Therefore, never
cover the control unit or place it
onto the electric under blanket
during operation.
Do not route electrical cords
between the mattress and box

spring. Do not allow the cords to
be pinched.
Keep the control away from
drafty areas that may become
damp or wet such as an open
window.
Do not use this product on a
damp mattress or on a waterbed.
Do not use the electric under
blanket if you or the product is wet.
Be sure that this electric under
blanket is used on an alternating-
current supply circuit of the
proper voltage.
Only use this electric under
blanket together with the control
unit specified on the label.
Turn off the electric current or
unplug when this electric under
blanket is not in actual use.
Avoid folding or rolling this elec-
tric under blanket when in actual
use. Always ensure the electric
under blanket is laid flat without
kinks or overlaps to avoid exces-
sive overheating.
If improper operation of this
electric under blanket is observed,
discontinue its use immediately
and consult the manufacturer or
the dealer regarding its repair.
Never pull on the power cord.
Do not use the cord as a handle.
Do not abuse the product.
Not for hotel or motel or other
institutional use.
Not for medical use in hospitals.

With the electric under blanket

Do not tuck in the wired area or
the plug or supply cord of this
electric under blanket.
Do not trap, wrap or fold electri-
cal cords between bed slats,
against walls, headboards or
bed frames. This may cause
damage to the cord.
Do not tuck the electric under
blanket or supply cord in a sofa
or other furniture. All portions of
the electric under blanket or
con-
troller should be visible at all times
.
Protect the electric under blanket
from knocks, damp, dust, chemi-
cals, marked temperature fluctu-
ations and nearby sources of
heat (ovens, heaters).
Do not use pins, needles or
other sharp items as they may
damage the electric wiring.
Wrapping of cord around the
controller may damage the
cord. Loop loosely when storing.
Do not use on pull-out bed or
fold-up bed or any other adjust-
able bed.
The power cord and controller
must be routed to the head of
the bed to prevent being sat on
or rolled on when getting in and
out of the bed.
Never use the electrical under
blanket to dry clothes.

Safety system
Note: The electric under blanket is equipped with
a safety system. The electronic sensor technology
prevents the entire surface of the electric under
blanket from overheating by automatically switch-
ing off in the event of a fault. If the safety system
switches the electric under blanket off automatically
due to a fault, then the LED lights on the control unit
1 are no longer illuminated, even if the electric
under blanket is switched on.
Please note that, for safety
reasons, the electric under blanket should not
be used after a fault and must be returned to
the service address indicated.
Never connect the defective
electric under blanket to another control unit 1
of the same type. This would also result in a
permanent shutdown by the safety system in
the control unit 1.
Initial use
Note: The product is not required to be grounded.
To begin, first connect the control unit 1 to the
electric under blanket with the plug-in connector 5.
Placing the electric
under blanket
Unfold the electric under blanket and spread it
out over the mattress, starting at the foot end.

Leave enough room for the pillow at the top
end of the mattress (do not place the pillow on
top of the electric under blanket.).

Make sure the connector is toward the head-
board.
To use the under blanket, first connect the
control unit 1 with the plug-in connector 5.
Unpack and unroll the straps 6 and secure to
the electric under blanket as follows:
Secure strap #1 6 to the loop in the middle
of the electric under blanket, feed it under the
mattress and through the loop on the other
side, and also secure to this loop.

CONTROL UNIT
The control unit 1 features an ON / OFF shift
button 3 and two buttons to control the heat
settings 2 and the timer 4.

Operating instructions
Switching on
Switch the electric under blanket on about
30 minutes before going to bed and cover it
with the top sheet and other bedding. By doing
this you will keep all the heat in.
1. Plug the control into 120 V AC, 60 Hz electrical
outlet (do not connect this appliance with DC).
2. Push “ON / OFF” shift button 3 to “ON”. The
electric under blanket will come at a default
setting of temperature level “8” and “10H”
timer.
3. The LED for timer and temperature will be
illuminated.
Temperature levels
By pressing the “Heat” button 2 you will be
able to adjust the heat settings from 1–8. This
will be indicated with the LED.
Setting 1: lowest heat
Setting 2–7: customised heat
Setting 8: highest heat
It is recommended to adjust to less than setting
“4” for continuous use or all-night use, or to
“Off” and stop heating (the screen goes out)
before sleep.
Do not fall asleep with your
electric under blanket on high setting.
Automatic switch-off
This electric under blanket is equipped with an au-
tomatic switch-off function. You can set the timer to
turn the electric under blanket off after a predeter-
mined time being 1, 2, 10 hours or always on. By
pressing the “Timer” button 4 you will be able to
adjust the timer. This will be indicated with the right
LED light. When the automatic switch-off function
turns the electric under blanket off, all LED lights
turn off. To restart the electric under blanket, push
the “ON/OFF” shift button 3 to “ON” again. The
electric under blanket will come at a default setting
of temperature level “8” and “10H” timer again.

If the electric under blanket is no longer used after
the timer expires:
- switch off the electric under blanket,
- unplug from the socket,
- disconnect the plug-in connector 5, i.e. the
control unit 1, from the electric under
blanket.
Switching off
To switch off the electric under blanket slide the
“ON/OFF” shift button 3 to “OFF”. The LEDs
ceases to illuminate.
Cleaning and care
Failure to observe the
following warnings may result in death
or serious injuries.
Before cleaning, always set control unit 1 to
“OFF”, unplug and remove the control unit 1
from the electric under blanket. Otherwise
there is a risk of electric shock.
Use a dry, lint-free cloth for control unit 1
cleaning and care.
Never immerse the control unit 1 in water or
other liquids. It may otherwise be damaged.
Do not use chemical cleaners or scouring agents.
Washing instructions
Fold and presoak the electric under blanket for
15 minutes in a mild soap and lukewarm water
solution.
- Machine wash in mild soap and lukewarm
water on the delicate or gentle cycle for two
minutes.
- Or, hand wash in lukewarm water.
- Rinse in fresh lukewarm water.
DO NOT DRY CLEAN. DO NOT IRON. DO
NOT BLEACH. DO NOT use any cleaning
agents containing bleach.
DO NOT use a wringer. DO NOT machine dry.
DO NOT use mothballs or sprays of any kind.
Gently stretch the electric under blanket to its
original size immediately after washing and
dry flat atop a clothes drying rack or over a
clothes line.
DO NOT use clothes pegs or clips of any kind.
DO NOT use the electric under blanket until it
is completely dry.
Under no circumstances switch on the electric
under blanket to dry it.
Storing
Always allow the electric under blanket to cool
down before folding and storing.
When not in use, simply disconnect the control
unit 1 and store the under blanket in its origi-
nal packaging for the best protection. Store in
a cool, clean and dry environment.
Avoid pressing sharp creases into the electric
under blanket.
Do not crease the electric under blanket by
placing items on top of it during storage.
Disposal
Dispose of the packaging through your local recy-
cling facilities and in compliance with all federal,
state and local regulations.
Contact your local waste management
authority for additional information on
how to dispose of the used product.
To help protect the environment, please dispose of
the product properly when it has reached the end
of its useful life, do not throw in the garbage.

Three year limited warranty
What does this warranty cover?
The warranty covers:
· Damage, breakage or inoperability due to defect.
· Damage not caused by normal wear and tear or
failure to follow the safety and maintenance in-
structions provided in the user manual.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
· Normal wear and tear of the product, including
fragile parts (such as switches, glass, etc.);
· Improper use or transport;
· Disregarding safety and maintenance instructions;
· Accidents or acts of nature (e.g. lightning, fire,
water, etc.);
· Tampering with the product (such as removing
cover, unscrewing screws etc.).
Consequential and incidental damages are also
not covered under this warranty. However, some
states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of in-
cidental or consequential damages, so this limitation
or exclusion may not apply to you.
What is the period of coverage and
warranty resolution?
The warranty is for 3 years from the date of purchase.
At our discretion, product will either be refunded or
replaced.
What will we not do?
We will not:
· Start a new warranty period upon product ex-
change;
· Repair product.
