A fault, what to do?
The reason for “service” to appear in the display is often very small. Please check whether you
can remove the fault yourself by using the following guidelines. You will save yourself the costs
of an unnecessary visit by customer service personnel.
If the fault could not be eliminated, please call customer service.

problem
The set temperature, for
instance 41, blinks. The
temperature of the water
leaving the tap is higher
than the set tempera-
ture.
The temperature of the water
supplying the continuous-flow
heater is higher than the set
temperature (e.g. due to pre-
warmed water supplied from
a solar water heater).
Mix in cold water at the water
faucet supply.
Customer
“service” lights up. Deposits may have built up in
the appliance.
Open the warm water tap
fully to the warmest possible
setting and let the water flow
for one minute. Repeat as
necessary.
