ESAB ST-12 Mig Welding Torch is a heavy-duty torch designed for mechanized mig welding installations. The torch is water-cooled, simply constructed, and has a maximum current carrying capacity of 700 amperes continuous duty.

The ST-12 is capable of handling .030 - through 1/8-in. hard and cored wires, and .030 - through 1/8-in. soft wires.

The torch incorporates a gas diffuser composed of a permeable barrier of fine-mesh wire which reduces gas turbulence and provides an exceptionally stable stream of shielding gas.
