Keeptheextensioncordclearofobstructions,sharpobjects,

itinanymanner.Inspecttheextensioncordfrequentlyfor
damagethatmayresultinanelectricshock.Iftheextension
cordisdamaged,replaceit.
Incoldandsnowyweatherconditions,somecontrolsand
movingpartsmayfreeze.Therefore,ifanycontrolbecomes
difculttooperate,stopthemotor,disconnecttheextension
cord,andcheckforfrozenparts.Donotuseexcessiveforce
whentryingtooperatefrozencontrols.Bringthemachine
indoorstothawfrozencontrolsbeforeoperatingit.
Whenoperatingthemachine,keepthewheels2.5cm(1inch)
offthepavementbytippingthemachineforward.Thishelps
preventthesnowfrombuildinguponthewheels.
Afterclearingthesnow,letthemotorrunforafewminutes
sothatmovingpartsdonotfreeze.Thenshutoffthemotor,
waitforallmovingpartstostop,andwipetheiceandsnow
offthemachine.Rotatethechutecrankseveraltimesto
removeanysnow.
Maintenance

Iftheextensioncordispluggedintotheappliance,
