IMPORTANT NOTICE! READ BEFORE BEGINNING LAMP ASSEMBLY!
Because this lamp requires partial assembly, the electrical
cord is not completely pulled through the base of the lamp.
Before beginning the assembly process, carefully pull all
excess cord out through the bottom of the lamp base.
Continue pulling the cord until the upper section of the lamp
is lined up with the bottom section and no excess cord is
visible. After all excess cord is pulled through the bottom
of the lamp base, you may complete the lamp assembly
as directed on the enclosed assembly instructions.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Carefully remove all pieces from the packaging. Remove the CFL bulb from its box.
2. Screw the upper part of the arm (B) into the connector on the shade (A) and rotate to tighten.
3. Screw the lower part of the arm (B) tightly into the threaded stem (C) on the lamp base and rotate to tighten.
4. Install the 13W CFL bulb (D) into the socket of the lamp holder and screw it tightly in.
5. Plug into wall outlet
6. Turn the lamp on with the chain switch (E) conveniently located on the shade of the lamp

· Turn off/unplug lamp and allow bulb to cool before replacing, cleaning or other maintenance
· Do not continue to touch the lamp or bulb if skin feels warm
· Only touch the switch/plug when turning on
· Do not look directly at lit bulb
· Keep lamp away from materials that may burn
· Use only a 120V CFL 13W or smaller bulb
· Do not touch bulb when lamp is on
