Pro Replacement Blade Instructions
Hedge Shears
NOTE: Do not discard any hardware while disassembling the tool. All pieces will be needed for reassembly.
CAUTION: For your protection, wear gloves, as well as ANSI-approved safety glasses during this operation.
Tools needed:
Flat screwdriver
13 mm (½”) wrench or socket wrench
Directions:
1. Lay the tool flat on your work surface, with the nut facing up.
2. Pry black protective cap off nut.
3. Remove nut.
4. Remove bolt completely. Wiggle the handles to loosen, if needed. The two
handles will come apart, but the blades will stay together.
5. Remove both dull, used blades.
6. Replace blades with the serrated blade up.
7. Align blades in handles and reinsert bolt.
8. Place other handle on top, ensuring the flat sides of the bolt align with the
handle.
9. Replace spring washer with concave side down.
10. Tighten nut until blades are secure, ensuring handles open and close
comfortably.
11. Replace black cap (optional).
Pruner
NOTE: Do not discard any hardware while disassembling the tool. All pieces will be needed for reassembly.
CAUTION: For your protection, wear gloves, as well as ANSI-approved safety glasses during this operation.
Tools needed:
Flat screwdriver
7 mm (9/32”) wrench or socket wrench
14 mm (9/16”) wrench or socket wrench
Directions:
1. Starting with the tool unlocked and open, use the 7 mm wrench to loosen the
small screw and release the retainer plate.
2. Pull spring out of the black pocket.
3. Use the 14 mm wrench to remove the main bolt.
4. Use the main bolt to push the nut through the other side and remove the nut
completely. Keep the orange ring with the nut. You should now have two
separate handle pieces.
5. Separate the blade from the handle using a flat screwdriver to pry apart.
6. Remove dull, used blade.
7. Insert new blade, aligning holes and pins. Squeeze into position.
8. Ensure the orange ring is on the nut and place the nut back into the handle with
the blade.
9. Assemble the other handle onto the nut. You may need to rotate the nut so that
the flats on the handle align with the nut.
10. Reinsert main bolt and screw back in.
11. Reinsert spring into black pocket.
12. Tighten until secure, ensuring handles open and close comfortably. If you are
having trouble, tighten all the way so that the handles stay closed, then loosen
one quarter turn.
13. Realign retainer plate so that it holds the main bolt in position.
14. Tighten small screw until secure.
Saw

Tools needed:
4 mm (5/32”) Allen wrench
Directions:
1. Make sure the saw blade is closed.
2. Use the Allen wrench to remove the bolt.
3. Push nut and washer out the other side.
4. Remove dull, used blade.
5. Insert new blade, aligning the hole in the blade with the hole in the handle.
6. Reinsert nut, bolt and washers.
7. Screw bolt back in.
8. Tighten until blade is secure, ensuring it opens and closes comfortably.
Lopper
NOTE: Do not discard any hardware while disassembling the tool. All pieces will be needed for reassembly.
CAUTION: For your protection, wear gloves, as well as ANSI-approved safety glasses during this operation.
Tools needed:
18 mm (3/4”) wrench or socket wrench
Directions:
1. Lay the tool flat on your work surface with the blade on the bottom and the bolts
facing up.
2. Completely remove the two bolts that hold the blade on to the tool.
3. Flip the tool over and remove the corresponding nuts.
4. Remove dull, used blade.
5. Ensure the orange ring is with its original nut and insert both nuts into the new
blade.
6. Place blade back onto the handle. Nuts may need to be rotated to seat into the
handle.
7. Push in nuts until fully inserted.
8. Flip over tool and screw in bolts. Make sure the shouldered bolt goes into the slot
and that the silver washer is with its original bolt.
9. Tighten until blade is secure, ensuring it opens and closes comfortably.
