ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Shut o ff power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box, if necessary remove old fixture
and all mounting hardware from outlet box.
2. Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts on a clear area, Take care
not to lose any small parts necessary for installation.

2 Metal Washer#8) 2 Plastic Washer#7) 2 Hex Nut#9)
3. Align the hole (without threads) of the Bracket (#5) to the hole of Round Flat Washer (#19),
assemble them with the Short Knurled Ball Nut (#3) until tightened.
4. Assemble the Arm (#2) to the Canopy (#1) and Bracket (#5), fasten the Arm (#2) to the
top Canopy (#1) with Short Knurled Ball Nut (#3) and to the Bracket (#5) with Long
Knurled Ball Nut (#4).
5. Attach Pipe (#6) to the Hickey and then thread Hex Nut (#9), attached Metal Washer (#8)
and Plastic Washer (#7) onto the bottom end of Pipe (#6). The Hex Nut (#9), Metal
Washer (#8) and Plastic Washer (#7) will allow you to adjust the height of the Glass Shade.
7. Slide the Glass Shade (#10) upwards over Pipe (#6). While holding the Glass Shade,
slide Plastic Washer (#7), Metal Washer (#8), Hex Nut (#9) and Cap (#11) over the
Pipe (#6), and secure with Finial (#12).
6. Install the proper Light bulb (not included) in accordance with the fixture’s specification.
(DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING).

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

While holding the canopy(#1) toward the ceiling, connect the electrical wire as shown.
and the black wire from the fixture to the black wire from the Outlet Box (#18). Cover
the two wire connections using the two provided Wire Connectors (#15). Wrap the two
wire connections with electrical tape for a more secure connection. If your outlet box
has a ground wire (green or bare copper), connect fixture’s ground wire to it using the
wire connector (#15). Otherwise connect the copper ground from the fixture to Ground
screw (#14) on the Mountig Plate (#13). Note: If you have electrical questions, consult
your local electrical code for approved grounding method.
4. Installation is complete. Turn on the power at the circuit breaker or fuse box. Turn the
light switch on to activate the fixture.
Take apart the mounting screws (#17) and Mounting Plate (#13) from the Canopy(#1),
attach the Mounting plate (#13) to the Outlet Box (#18) with the two Outlet Box
Screws (#16) as shown. The side of the Mounting Plate (#13) marked “GND” must face out.
Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white wire from the Outlet Box (#18),
3.After wires are connected, tuck them carefully into the outlet box, place the Canopy(#1)
over the Mounting Plate (#13), install the Mounting Screws (#17) onto the Mounting
Plate (#13) until fixture is secured to the ceiling.

TROUBLESHOOTING:
PRODUCT MAINTENANCE:
1. To clean the outside of the fixture, use a dry or slightl y dampened clean cloth (use
clean water, never a solvent) to wipe the glass and surface of the fixture.
2. To clean the inside of the fixture, first disconnect power to the fixture by turning of f
the circuit breaker or by removing the fuse at the fuse box. Next, use a dry or slightly
dampened clean cloth (us e clean water, never a solvent) to wipe the inside glass and
interior surface of the fixture.
3. Do not use any cleaners with chemicals, solvents or harsh abrasives. Use only a dry
soft cloth to dust or wipe carefully.
LIMITED WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants this lighting fixture to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a
period of fi ve (5) years fro m date of purchase. This warra nty applies only to th e original consumer
purchaser and only to products us ed in normal use and service. If this product is found to be de fective, the
manufacturers only obligation, and your exclusive remedy, is the repair or replacement of the product at the
manufacturers discretion, provided that the product has not been damaged through misuse, abuse, accident,
modifications, alterations, neglect or mishandling. This warranty shall not apply to any product that is found
to have been improperly installed, set-up, or use d in any way not in accordance with the instructions
supplied with the product. This warranty shall not apply to a failure of the product as a result of an accident,
misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, or faulty installation, or any other failure not relating to faulty material
or workmanship. This warranty shall not apply to the finish on any portion of th e product, such a s surface
and/or weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear.
The manufacturer does not warrant and specially disclaims any warranty, whether express or implied,
of fitness for a particular purpose, other than the warranty contained herein. The manufacturer
specifically disclaims any liability and shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental loss or
damage, including but not limited to any labor / expense costs involved in the replacement or repair of
said product.
