OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Powering on the AirOven
Make sure the cooking pot & wire rack (or other accessory) are correctly fitted to the appliance
and plug the cord into a suitable power supply of 220-240V AC 50Hz. The appliance should be
positioned where the AC plug can be easily pulled out by hand as this is used as the
disconnection device. Do not use directly below the socket outlet.
When the appliance is first powered on the buzzer will beep and the digital display will power
up showing all the icons and perform a self-check.
After the self check is completed the display will show the default settings of 250
o
C and 30
minutes.
Adjusting the Timer
To adjust the time, press the Time / Temp button. The time display will start flashing, press the
+ or – button to increase or decrease by 1 minute increments. Press and hold the + or - button
to increase the time by increments of 10 minutes. You can set the timer between 0-99 minutes.
Adjusting the Temperature
To adjust the temperature press the Time / Temp button twice or until the temperature display
starts flashing, press the + or – button to increase or decrease the temperature by 10
o
C. The
temperature can be set between 0 – 250
o
C.
Function Option
Pre-programmed automatic functions can be selected by pressing the Function button. With
each press of the function button next icon will be selected and shown in the display in a
clockwise direction. Once the desired function has been selected press the start button and the
AirOven will begin operating at a pre-set temperature and time.
NOTE: Please check food before serving, the pre-set functions are a guide only. Some foods
and quantities may require longer or shorter cooking times in order to be cooked correctly.

from preparation of the recipes, eating of raw eggs, meat and fish.
Cooking times and temperatures may vary depending on cut and size of the meat selected.
Starting and Stopping
Once you have selected the required temperature and time, or selected the pre-set function
you wish. Press the Start / Stop button to commence operation.
The light will cycle on and off during cooking as the appliance automatically maintains the
correct temperature. When the timer has counted down, a beeping alarm will sound and the
heating cycle will turn off. The internal fan will continue to operate for a few minutes longer to
cool the halogen lamp.
